The product quality is perfect! The customer service was great. The controllers looked awesome. I purchased controller a little over a year ago. And it still works today. Well I ordered another one this year then I called the customer service for modded guide, she explained everything about the modded controller. Also, this was taking so long, but the customer service was very kind! Thank you for everything DreamController! I will buy again promise!

Oh my goodness....If I knew what I know now I would of never invested in controller for my computer! Thank goodness for grandson's input because I would of never know any different. I originally purchased the Steam controller and I will admit it does do what it claims to do...unfortunately PS controllers rule. With my Steam controller I had to jump through hoops to get it set up to something I was comfortable with and it did not always respond as I had set it up to do. When I first started using the PS4 controller I found the buttons to be a bit much however with a bit of endurance it is like second nature now. The easy of the control of things is exceptionally well designed and I don't have to put batteries in constantly as I did on the controller. I will state that even though I find this controller far exceeds my controller that on extremely rare occasion the controller will divert back to what Steam believes are the best setting yet this is easily resolved by rebooting the controller.

The game controller with rumble and motion control, has made things easier, especially for PS4 gamers. This is everything you want for best performance and high-comfort features. Exceptional customer services coupled with quick delivery is what would make me buy again from here.

Got my custom Xbox One controller today. Packed safely and securely. Fast shipping. The controller plays well and no issues with game play. Really Impressed with the decal looks amazing!

Updating to three stars. After posting this and some messaging back and forth they've given me a refund, the express shipped my original order, so they're trying.

Ordered controller and didn't get a shipping notification till over a week later. FedEx says a label was made but no package ever received. They tried to blame FedEx for it, but I highly doubt FedEx has bungled almost every package Dream Controller tried to send this season. When I asked when the controller would actually ship and said if it wasn't going to ship I'd like a refund they sent me a refund email. That was two days ago so hopefully that refund hits my bank account soon.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT YOUR CONTROLLER. I tried to order a controller from them TWICE and both times, FedEx never received a package from them. A tracking number is produced and sent to the customer however nothing is ever picked up and delivered. When questioned about it,customer service blamed FedEx. Customer service was prompt and did refund me quickly however too much of a hassle for nothing. Anyone who left a 5* review is a bought shill. Buyer beware

Ordered through Amazon. I received the controller on time but it had issues, so I reached out to them for a return, which they obliged. Customer service asked if I wanted a replacement and I said sure, it was a nice looking controller. After a few emails and almost two weeks later or so I didn’t hear anything back. I finally asked them for a refund and they miraculously refunded it. Their registered phone number also does not complete the call if you attempt to call them over the phone.

My whole encounter with Dream Controller may have been entirely different had they kept in contact with me to keep me posted about my replacement.

I ordered my controller from this company on November 16 and now it’s November 29th I still have not got my controller from therm and the same thing is happening to me as the the other reviews on this page FedEx says they got the label but they did not receive the item !! So at the moment I am really upset with this company I told friends about dream controller on how cool they was but now I have to speak negative if I ever do get my controller I may change my review but for now we have to get to the bottom of this !!!!! Smh !!

Ordered one of these for my xbox one. Did not work properly out the box. Thought maybe i was doing something wrong because the directions were so vague. So i called this "business" to try to get assistance. A woman took my name and number and said a tech would return my call. 3 days later.....still no call back. Contacted them on facebook for 3 days as well. They looked at my messages for 2 days with no response whatsoever! Tried calling yet again! Got a voice box for a "magic jack" customer. I would highly suggest anyone looking for a modded controller spend the extra couple bucks for a good one with some kind of customer service!

Horrible service!! Phone number that nobody answers and never responded to 3 or 4 emails. There was a sticker printed for Fedex, but Fedex never received pkg 10days after order was processed?!?
