The sausage, peppers, and onion pizza with hot honey was good. Sad that you could not just make a pizza from scratch and add on onions though.

Amazing pizza, beer, atmosphere and most of all, service. My favorite pizza is the Scotch Bonnet. But it's not just the food that keeps us coming back on a weekly basis. It's also Melissa, Clare, Penny and the others that work at Scratch who are very attentive/friendly to their customers. You can't go wrong selecting Scratch as a place for a great experience.

This place is Holy grail of pizza, if my belly was bigger I'd eat more. It came out in a timely fashion, flavored to perfection with a delicious crispy crust. My homeboy and I had the brunch pizza, who doesn't love eggs on pizza?! Santanists that's who. The staff was super friendly and had a great wealth of knowledge about their beers on tap. 10/10 would come back.

Crafts beer and pizzas in a walkable downtown Easton location. Can't complain! Pizzas always smell wonderful and taste great. Beers come from partnered local breweries (Shawnee, I think) and seem to rotate with the season. Would definitely visit with a small group!

Favorite place in the market, and one of my favorite pizzas in the Lehigh Valley. Happened upon this place by chance because it is one of the few places that stays open later than 7pm in the market, and wow, was I blown away! Staff is always extremely friendly and attentive; everything is fresh and delicious. Good beer selection to top it off!

Vegan wood fired pizza- count us in! So delicious and quick service. Their sauce is super good. Our family loved it and were happy to find somewhere with vegan options close to the Crayola Experience.

Scratch is one of our favorite places to eat in the entire Lehigh Valley area! It (and the entire Easton Public Market) is a must-visit! Everything is farm-to-table, made fresh, and always delicious. I love that it's not pretentious at all... it's really easy to sit and enjoy a meal and feel good about the food you're buying knowing that it's all sourced responsibly from local farmers and a local brewery. We highly recommend the place to anyone looking for pizza or a new favorite bread bakery. Try their specials too... always unique and delicious!

Pretty sure the Declaration of Independence was read in Easton in anticipation of Scratch Pizza one day occupying its hallowed soil.

@ Roger Davis -- just wanted to write you a quick reply! I am the assistant manager of Scratch, and I can understand your dismay at having to wait for our dinner service.
I can assure you that there normally isn't a wait that long -- checking back on the date that you posted this, I can see that it was posted during our opening weekend: this was when we were extremely busy each day, producing roughly 500+ pizzas in each service. We pride ourselves on making all of our food from Scratch, and during a very busy service we require time to "regroup" and restock in order to prepare for the dinner service ahead.
I hope you give us another try now that things have settled and each vendor has found their groove!

Great food and service. Loved that there was a vegan option and they even didn't put parmesan on the garlic knots. My friends enjoyed their pizzas too.

Craft pizza and craft beer. This glorious stop in the Easton Public Market should have your attention if you have even the slightest interest in either. Speciality pizzas every week with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Beer on tap from Shawnee Craft. It's delicious for dinner or lunch or whenever you're walking through. Addictive to say the least.

Amazing food, really cool beer and excellent service. Would highly recommend anyone in the area check this place out!

Always a delicious pizza and easy drinking, tasty beer...top notch breads too! People are always friendly and helpful. Great place!

I saw some awesome treats that reminded me of French pastries so I chose a pain au chocolat and a baguette. Both were very tasty! Looking forward to returning for more.
