The View at Morgan Hill

We just got married here and I can’t recommend it enough!!!!
A BEAUTIFUL view for an outdoor ceremony, updated indoor reception area with a gorgeous stone wall, the best wrap around patio for the whole night, and a ton of parking. The package pricing is very affordable, but the location and view seems like it should be worth a lot more. The food was outstanding- we still are receiving comments on the size of the steaks and how delicious they were!!

All the ladies and event team that coordinate their weddings are outstanding and go ABOVE and BEYOND to say the least. Shout out to Summer!!! Their bridal attendant who took in my wedding dress with safety pins minutes before the ceremony, just so it would fit and support better!!! They were so helpful the entire way through, knowing exactly what do, where your decor should go, and made the day go so smooth.

I could really go on and on.. I’d highly recommend a wedding here for anyone looking for a venue with delicious meals, an affordable price, and a gorgeous patio with an outstanding view!

The View at Morgan Hill is an absolutely top notch wedding venue. The food is excellent, the inclusive packages are truly inclusive and wonderful, and the views are simply gorgeous. Shannon, their coordinator, is AMAZING. She’s a miracle worker honestly, and so supportive. She fielded plenty of questions and changes to the day from me over the months with ease and grace. She reassured me at every turn and I truly felt like I was in capable hands on my wedding day - I got to totally relax and everything went perfectly! She was so kind when we had some last minute emergencies with a few guests and was on her game the whole day. My wedding would not have been possible without her!! Summer, my bridal attendant, was also stellar! She helped keep things running day of and was always making sure I had everything I needed (water, snacks, my veil, everything!). I feel like I could’ve asked for the moon to be roped and brought down to the venue and she and Shannon would’ve made it happen somehow. It is impossible to express in words just how magical they made my day and how much I appreciate both of them and all their hard work! We had our wedding at the view at Morgan hill and it was the best decision we ever made. The venue was absolutely breathtaking the day of , and everyone who helped out during the day/night were so amazing. Lisa was a fantastic wedding coordinator, incredibly organized, professional, and very clearly cared about the quality of the work. Summer was an incredible bridal attendant and was so fun to be around during the whole day.

We stopped in for lunch after our round of golf. We were seated right away, the waitress was super friendly. She was very attentive to us without being overbearing. The food was very good and priced accordingly. It rained quite a bit during the round and we were pretty soaked. The waitress was kind enough to turn the heaters on the patio which was a God send! Looking forward toward playing the course again will definitely get a bite after the round.

Must get the sweet chili shrimp, it's just amazing. Burger is juicy and large. Quesadilla and blt crab tacos were good. Great formal but layed back atmosphere and great location right on the hill with awesome view. Great service. Definitely going back.

We would recommend to anyone to have your wedding here! Shannon was so helpful and accommodating to what we wanted our day to look like! They are super flexible and the online planning pod made the whole process easy! You are set up with a bridal attendant the day of the wedding to make your day as easy as possible. Summer was so helpful and fun to have with us. Everyone was great to work with. To top it off they have a beautiful property for your pictures

We were a party of 7. We were seated right away,a little before our 7:30 reservation.
Even though it was dark out , the view is spectacular.
Our waitress was pleasant and personable.
The chille shrimp was crispy and delicious, not spicy. The slaw that was under it complemented it nicely.
Hot wings were also crispy and had the perfect heat.
Short ribs fell apart and very juicy.
The chicken noodle bowl was nice portion the chicken was good. The flavor was a little disappointing It didn't have an Asian flavor, and the noodles tasted like linguine not rice noodles. That said it was still tasty and the poached egg was a nice touch.
Blood orange creme burlee had a great crunch.
Rice pudding was plentiful and very good.
The food came out at the perfect pace. The atmosphere very nice.
We would definitely come back.

Update 2019.
Came again for restaurant week. We were not disappointed. Unlike most places they had a different menu with choices I probably wouldn't think to try. Everything was great. They also had live music which was a nice surprise.

My husband and I had our wedding here in October 2021. Let me tell you how beautiful and memorable it was!! First of all the view itself says it all but not only was it aesthetically pleasing the safe at The View at Morgan Hill are amazing. Everyone from Shannon the event planner to the wait staff and bridal attendant were just amazing! They all paid such attention to detail and was so glad they were all apart of our special day. The food was perfect and we got such great feedback from all of our guests loving just everything. Thank you so much to everyone at The View at Morgan Hill!!!

The atmosphere here is absolutely incredible! We took advantage of their elevated outdoor seating in front of a simply gorgeous backdrop of the stunning mountains. The service was excellent and the food was delicious!! If you like shrimp try the sweet chili shrimp appetizer. It was outrageous!!

Words cannot express the gratitude we feel for Shannon, Kara, and the rest of the staff at The View at Morgan Hill. From the beginning of the wedding planning process (right before the pandemic), Shannon was there to guide us every step of the way. As the pandemic hit, she made sure to answer all the questions we had and calm my anxieties given the uncertainty at the time. Every meeting was a pleasure and she made sure to make this stress-inducing process fun.

Kara joined the team a few months before our wedding, and she was another breath of fresh air. Even when I had the one bridezilla moment a few days before our wedding, Kara handled me like a pro and helped me stay focused and as calm as a bride can be a few days before her wedding.

I am also so grateful for Haley, the bridal attendant I was assigned. I did not even know that I would have an attendant assigned to me, and Haley made sure all my needs were met from the morning when I arrived to get ready at the bridal suite until we were cutting our cake after dinner. She is a pro at pulling up bustles and pinning boutonnieres.

From the booking process to our wedding day, the staff at The View handled everything with the utmost professionalism and grace. Even our reimbursement for the overpayment due to less guests came back in record time. On the day of our ceremony rehearsal and our wedding day, everything was perfectly coordinated, and I did not have to think, something I greatly appreciated. Our guests were thrilled with the venue, the service, and the food, and continue to rave about how wonderful (and generous) our appetizers and entrée choices were. All in all, any future event we have, we will definitely be rebooking at The View.

I am left beyond words to describe how incredible this venue is. Let’s start from the beginning, my then-fiancé booked a tour for the venue and we instantly fell in love with it. The scenic views, the well-lot modern ball room, the whole nine-yards. The price point provided was incredibly fair given the area, so we instantly booked on the spot and then began to plan the wedding.

They provided a tasting 10 months prior to help us on our plated meal choices, which was fabulous. A full meal, with all the choices and sides as well as apps.

Then, came the months leading up. I was emailing Shannon weekly with seemingly silly questions and she answered everything with speed and helpfulness. I then was passed off to Lisa, the wedding coordinator. She was FANTASTIC from the moment of us meeting and on. She is so thoughtful, thorough, and kind. Any of our hiccups were handled with grace and accuracy so we could focus on the wedding itself.

Then came the wedding day. I arrive and Lisa was setting up our decor EXACTLY how I had pictured it and triple-checked with me should she had any questions. The venue provided a full breakfast and lunch for me and my bridal party.

I then was introduced to Summer, my bridal attendant. She was very sweet and lovely from the start. She would pop in to make sure I was drinking water and if I needed help with anything. It was clear that she had one focus that day - me. Which was SO incredible. She fluffed my dress, got us golf carts last minute when the sun started to shine, bustled my dress and help my bouquet off and on all day. She really was a ray of sunshine.

TLDR: if you’re considering hosting a wedding here, DO IT. I regret nothing and I am so so so over the moon with everyone here. They made my dream come true ❤

Had a bridal party lunch here and sat out in the deck... beautiful view and friendly staff! Had the apple salad and the lava cake! Yum! Prices were decent for the Quality of the food! Want to go back!

We used the View at Morgan Hill for our wedding a few weeks ago and I am still amazed how perfect the day went. Leading up to the big day, Shannon and her staff were extremely helpful with making decisions, and responded promptly to all of our questions. Everyone at the View were extremely professional and polite. They are dedicated to seeing that everyone has a good time. The day of the wedding, everything went very smoothly, and never once did we feel overwhelmed by the planning process. When we walked into the reception room for the first time, we were astounded. It was so BEAUTIFUL! If you are looking for the perfect venue for anything in the Lehigh Valley area, look no further.

We used The View for our wedding and I wouldn’t have wanted it anywhere else. It’s not easy to plan a COVID wedding. But with their Event Coordinator, Shannon, I was so confident and at ease. She and the entire team went above and beyond and did an amazing job. Everything went perfectly!!! I also wanted to give a special shout-out to Paige who kept me calm and on schedule all day. She was an absolute dream. If you’re looking for a sign to choose The View as your venue, this is it.

Even in the rain, the view at Morgan Hill was the most beautiful venue! Helpful staff kept everything running so smoothly and the day was a photographers dream.

We booked The view one year ago for our daughter's wedding that just occurred June 17th 2023. Overall I have to say it was an excellent experience. Shannon the coordinator along with Lisa in the office we're extremely professional and knew exactly what to do. The cooks the servers and the bar staff along with the bus service was absolutely outstanding. The food was excellent and the indoor outdoor ambiance with the view of the gentle rolling hills like Tuscany made it very memorable. We had the best time, and I have nothing but positive to say about the venue and these people. I almost wish I had another daughter to be married, LOL so I can do it again. Great job! Chef Mario-Newburg Deli and catering.
