Andrew was super helpful. I called a day early and asked about the process of starting a policy since this will be my first car. And helped walk me through the process and answered any questions I had in simple terms. Came in the day after and had the papers ready for me to sign. Andrew Nunez is the agent that I’ve been dealing with. He’s very thorough, respectful and have has gone above and beyond a few times for me which I definitely appreciate! This review is really because I stopped in the office earlier today and unfortunately he was the only one working. He had customers on site at the location and the phones were ringing off the hook. I personally would have been super overwhelmed but big shoutout to Andrew for keeping his composure and staying professional. I seen the chaos and thought I was gonna be in there for a while but even while multitasking he kept everything running smooth and I actually wasn’t there for long at all.
