Wow....what great local food! I've had the liver and onions which was tender and flavorful. We recently ate here and my mom had the beef tips w/gravy over noodles. It smelled and looked just like it came out of a recipe book! I had the chicken and waffles it was so great to have this dish in the Penn-Dutch style... so good. It brought back memories of grandma's cooking. The hot bacon dressing was a little too congealed, thick and not hot but the flavor was yummy.
The service was efficient and friendly.

Amazing hot fudge brownie sundae!!! Loved it!!! Warm homemade brownie chunks, delicious soft serve (I got all chocolate icecream), thick hot fudge, huge portion size, peanut crumble topping, whipped cream, juicy cherry, beautifully assembled, and served with a friendly smile. This was my first time here, and I'll definitely be back for another sundae! The menu has lots of sundae choices.

You order and pay for your food at the cash register. There are no wait staff.
The food is brought to the table by the kitchen staff. It's unusual but it worked. No complaint.
The restaurant looked clean and was nicely decorated.

I love the area and atmosphere!! It's not set up like a regular restaurant more like a church diner. Two long tables down the middle and random ones on the sides. I love the food options. Variety is good but unfortunately I didn't care for one or two things but the rest was great. We also had dessert and a shake. Yum. It's just a stick to your ribs kinda food.

A bit different from the last time I was there a few yrs ago ...but it was still delicious and great service...

Great food! Apple dumpling is fantastic (with icecream)! Great service! Waitress was super nice! Nice decorations! I love fall & the decor. Just all around good place!

I’ve had food at Ric Mar over the last few years and it is consistently delicious and great! I love the salads, grilled chicken, chicken and waffles…I could list way more but those are my favorites. I recently just tried their breakfast and of course, it was great! The ice cream is the best soft serve in the area, no question. It’s creamy and not frozen tasting. All the sundae combinations are so good.
Service has always been great and the staff are attentive, accommodating, and pleasant to be around.

Very friendly staff and the liver and onions were spot on!!

My wife and stopped here for breakfast today and we were not disappointed. Cozy atmosphere and the wait staff was very friendly. We both had the SOS and my wife had it over just toast and I had mine over the homefries and toast. Portions were HUGE and the prices were very reasonable. We both left stuffed and with leftovers! We will definitely stop back to try more of the menu!

We stopped in for breakfast on our way from Newport, Pa to Kalahari. This place is nice and very clean. They had a nice selection of breakfast dishes. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and everyone enjoyed their breakfast. The service was a little slow but it was a Thur morning and we weren’t in a big hurry so it was not a big deal for us. I assume it was because of the size of our party. We would definitely stop here again if in the area.

This was the second time eating at the Ric Mar. First time we just decided to stop and eat and liked it so much we went back a year later. Had breakfast and it was great. I had biscuits and gravy with potatoes that was so good. Had lots of butter in which I think made it great. There was also a lot of food and I couldn't eat everything on my plate which is not usual for me. Will be going back next year on the annual trip to Knoebels

The food is excellent. One of Ruth's friends recommended this as a place to eat. We had eight for breakfast. 4 adults and 4 children. Chocolate chip pancakes were no problem. Pricing was right where it should be. Try them you will not be disappointed.

The food is delicious and the portion size is large! You will definitely have leftovers for your next meal!! Just reading the menu tickles your taste buds; something for everyone!!! Nice assortment of side dishes, soups, and appetizers, and to finish your meal, a great selection of homemade pies. I recommend the Coconut Cream Pie! Friendly, courteous staff!!

While we had our dog Olivia to the Animal Emergency Center in Watsontown we were looking for a place to spend some time while we waited. If you are looking for a very friendly atmosphere, this is thee place to go. They have amazing homestyle food and not to mention delicious homemade desserts. Definitely a restaurant we will be returning to.
