Beiter's Furniture Mattress Appliances

Here's the readers digest version. We bought a dishwasher two years ago from the Sunbury store. We had problems with it not cleaning dishes. Beiter's attempted to make repairs by replacing the motor and pump. Unfortunately this didn't work. My wife and I determined that one of the arms was not spinning while washing. I went and spoke with Marlin Gemberling about our concerns and he replaced our dishwasher. I will most certainly be buying all of my future appliances from Beiter's.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this establishment. My Mom was looking for a new refrigerator and we called ahead of time and the sales lady was very helpful. She measured for us before we made the trip. The process was easy and everyone was polite. The delivery people were extremely nice. They were on time and very careful. The whole transaction was seamless and I highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service. We bought a sectional , the one piece had a defect. We called them, they ordered and delivered a new one. Delivery guys were professional , respectful and friendly.we love our new furniture.

We were helped by a very friendly associate named Jess, who instead of selling us an item that probably would not have fit our need, researched and committed to find us a perfect item instead! It is a breath of fresh air to know there are still employees that put in extra effort!
