Great service transferring from another state!

Let me start by saying I was with this office for 5 years and thank goodness I was accident free I didn’t have to deal with them but time came around when I needed them.

Allstate came out with this digital locker and when I called the agents’ office to discuss this and see if I can lower my increasing bill, neither of the associates knew what this was about, they said the agent will call me back, no one called. I called them back 3 other ensuing times, crickets. I decided to shop around. When I called to cancel, guess what they said they can lower it but I decided to move on.

I put my cancellation through phone (agents office), email, and asked for confirmation, nothing!!! I called the main corporate office to see if this was processed guess what again, you’re right it wasn’t. They canceled my policies and confirmed it with an email

This agent’s office is “Allstate” and they should be more professional with their customers.
