I got there everyone are so kind. Anesthesiologist was so informative and pleasant funny too. Doctor one of the best doctors I would not change him for nothing the back nurses also so helpful and kind to me thank you all so much.

Dr. Chen is very understanding and listened to my concerns and needs. His staff is always supportive and available to answer questions that I may have.

I recommend Dr. Chen to anyone with GI issues.

PLEASANT EXPERIENCE THE NURSES AND DOCTOR DA WERE GREAT ON MY 2ND PROCEDURE. SCHEDULEDING WAS REALLY BAD THEY SENT ME TO THE WRONG OFFICE AND I HAD TO CALL FOR MY INSTRUCTIONS AND TIME 4 TIMES OPERATOR GOT IT WRONG!

Dr. Edward Chen is an excellent gastroenterologist. I had both an endoscopy and colonoscopy done recently and never once did I feel nervous about these procedures. He’s both a professional and puts you at ease.

They all did a great job making me feel very comfortable from the friendly receptionist checking me in to the friendly nurse walking me out to the lobby at the end of the procedure. The Nurses, CRNA and Doctor explained everything and then asked if I had any questions. They were all very competent and the office ran extremely efficient!

They are very friendly and make you feel comfortable, from fist you arrive till you have your procedure done, quick and easy. The Staff and nurses are awesome. Thank so much to Kristi Williams from we fist talk over the phone till we meet up at the center she is a great person, awesome nurse and made us feel very comfortable. Highly recommend. Everyone was so nice. I was a little nervous going in, but they reassured me I was in good hands. They are very well organized and knowledgeable. The whole procedure couldn't have been better from start to finish. I was very impressed!
