El Super Taco

Awesome nachos but they wanted $10 for guacamole. It would be nice to add guacamole to the nachos for free or as a $1-2 add-on.

This place is spectacular. If you want a real home made Mexican meal this is the place to go. They have a lunch buffet that is out of this world. Not the typical tacos. I'm talking OMG Mexican food. The flan was great. The Mexican tea's were delicious. Certain days they have specials. Example Taco Wednesday. The dining experience was so relaxing. The chairs were comfortable. The tables nicely done. Chandelier's grace the ceilings to give greatness to a vintage home with class. Located among residential homes it seems to be a secret there. No more if I can help it. I can't keep my mouth shut on a great place to eat with great quality food with great prices. The best part. Angie is a sweetheart. We felt like family there. The cook even came out to say hello. I just love it. George and I can't wait to return and bring our friends and family with us.

Ordered Birria tacos from here last week and they were hand down the best tacos I have ever had. Very fresh and delicious!

I ordered birria tacos for my kids they are so good and I ordered carnitas tacos for me delicious. Also I got a grill jalapeño on my order and grill onions. Yumm. We come at least once a week for tacos is a must go there if u want really good tacos. Finally

The food is always amazing! Try the Beef Quesabirria Tacos and Bistec A La Mexicana. Chef's kiss. Oh, the portions are big too. Yum!!

Most authentic Mexican food you'll find anywhere in the area. Everything is cooked fresh and buffet 11-3 every day. Very friendly service and pleasant atmosphere. Family owned and operated. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

The tamales and pizza were phenomenal, pick-up was also very quick. I'll definitely be back.

I posted a review of this place when I was still in the restaurant. The portions are huge and shareable. The food was beyond delicious and the service was fantastic. We will definitely be back there again and again. Put the address in your GPS it you might miss this hidden gem.

The best street tacos I’ve ever had. Not sloppy or floppy, super flavorful! Chips and salsa are authentic and truly banging. Everything was delicious!

I just had my first meal from El Super Taco.

El Super Taco is the kind of restaurant that is so good, I hesitate to review it publicly because I don't want other people to know about it.

I'll just say it straight up that in my opinion this may be the best Mexican-styled restaurant in the Lehigh Valley.

That is incredibly high praise coming from me as I've worked at Aqui Es (what I consider one of the best restaurants in the world); and have eaten food from Mesa, Taqueria La Plaza, Mexico Lindo, El Paisano, Tulum, Francisco's, and more recently Orizaba dozens if not over 100 times collectively and have been cooking for 20 years.

This pains me to write, as I love all of these eateries dearly & am sure this is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to amazing food in this area.

Tacos? Some of the best if not the best I have ever had in my life, on God. Aqui Es left extremely big shoes to fill here. Technically perfect

The empanadas I enjoyed were the best full-size versions of the dish I have ever had in my life.

But this review ... is about ... the birria & the service.

I've been eating quesobirria out of trucks, vans, roadside stalls, and street vendors at plastic tables since 2015 when I was lucky enough to learn about it.

The version of the dish I had tonight was SO good that it actually made me genuinely wonder if everything I've had before was simply a knock-off. Again, this pains me to write. Respect to the hustle.

The consomme was so good that I literally wept.

Something about the freshness of the items, the balance of flavors in the presentation, and the tastes I found while enjoying taco + consomme + lemon made me rethink much of what I thought I knew about food. They came together in such perfect harmony that I felt like I was eating the dish for the first time.

As always, I write reviews because of impeccable service.

El Super Taco is simply legendary. From start to finish, I'd change nothing about my takeout experience and look forward to dining there in person soon.

Be patient; good food, real food, takes time to prepare with love.

This is a hidden gem! Nestled in a neighborhood, you may drive right by. But if you take the time to go in, you won't be disappointed. It's a BYOB and very question inside. We tried the tacos, spicy shrimp and fried pork and everything was beyond delicious!! The beans were so good I asked for an extra side to go. The portions are very large and can be shared. But I took the rest of my meal home to have for lunch tomorrow. They have a lunch buffet from 11-3pm, every day, except for Thursday. They're closed on Thursdays. So take some time to come in to El Super Taco. This is the most satisfying and authentic Mexican food in Easton. Don't miss out!

I expected it to be like other Mexican restaurants. This one wasn't, it was just crazy how big some of the portions were. I ordered just for myself what would probably feed 2-3 people. The food tasted delicious but I went for lunch and ended up with dinner as well.

The food was really delicious and authentic to Mexican flavors. I tried mole, empanadas, and guaraches.
The owner and staff were friendly and attentive.
I didn't have to wait long time for my food.
Definitely I recommend this place.

Ventured into PA from Jersey and found this restaurant. Looked clean but not busy. The food was excellent! The staff was fine. Would definitely come back.
