The fan under the hood of the car would not shut off. I had no appointment but they looked at it right away, diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate of costs. Two days later it was fixed. They also helped me set up financing to pay for the repairs. Everyone was kind and helpful. Thank you all so much!

Had to have my radiator replaced and Martin's did an excellent job o doing that for me and also went far and beyond to make that happen.They saw to it my car was picked up and then returned to me after repair. So far have had no issues great job fellows. Thanks!

The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and timely. I never feel pressured into services I didn't ask for. I love having a shop so close to home that is affordable, doesn't push excess services into their customers and are always welcoming when I call asking questions. I also love that they work around my schedule. 10/10 would recommend to absolutely anyone who needed a mechanic.

This place is awesome. I have a 2014 BMW X5 Xdrive35i. I needed spark plugs and coils done .Employers are very knowledgeable. Eric answered all my questions and had no problems giving me quotes for future work thanks Martin's Auto Service

Had my car in for inspection. Great staff. I was in and out quick which was good. A few thing will need to be done and was given a price at check out. Will and would recommend them.

I'm fairly savvy with upkeep, so I only have Martin's do what's necessary. I understand they need to make a buck, so when they tell me need this and that, I politely decline. They don't push you otherwise. Friendly staff and expedient service makes for a good time and I'm happy with them. They've also provided odo free of charge for insurance purposes, which was helpful. I always have them work on our vehicles and don't have any negative things to say about that.

Side note, I think they are getting review bombed by Internet trolls for some reason since another reviewer pulled out their race card and marked one star with little objective rationale. "I'm from Baltimore" isn't a reason to mark one star on an automotive service, but I guess if you're from there, I suppose that's part and parcel of living in the country's dung heap of a liberal city.

The whole process with Martins is always seamless from making the appointments to the service. Efficient, reasonably priced and good customer service!

Not only did they do the inspection, they also did little tune ups and let me know of issues that needed to be addressed.

My vehicle developed a few running issues. I knew it was time to go to Martins to have it evaluated and repaired. Yet again, they went above and beyond my expectations. They searched out the issue, found the problem, made the necessary repairs, and kept in touch with what was found and what was needed to be done to correct it. It now runs better than ever! New to the area & this place was highly recommended. I really love that you can request an appointment via their website & they send text messages. They also offer coupons for different services.

Place is easy to find. Plenty of parking. There is a small waiting area inside the office. This place isn’t your typical noisy, dirty, smelly garage (no cigarette smell). The office and the garage are very clean!

I appreciate how up front and honest they are about everything.

I called on a Tuesday for a front wheel alignment and they were able to schedule an appointment for me for only two days later 🤩 I went in actually one minute late for the appointment and everyone was still so kind! I only have one vehicle so I knew I would be waiting there during the duration of my alignment and when I called on Tuesday, Emily estimated it would be about an hour give or take some time. Martin’s Auto had my vehicle alignment finished within 35-40 minutes! Wonderful service, affordable prices and great workers!!!

I have lived in Perry County since 2004. Local gas station/garage has handled almost all of my car maintenance since I moved to the county. Their work was great but I got really tired of the unprofessional joking and passive aggressive comments. The move to Martin’s Auto has been a good one. Excellent work on my car, easy to schedule, with the added benefit of no back handed comments about how busy they are or not knowing in advance when I will get my car back. Martin’s Auto provided excellent, professional service with the added benefits of scheduling online and text messaging for communication. Excellent work! They came through for me during the holidays when other businesses were closed or did not have any openings.
