Best Buy Roofing

I DONT AGREE WITH THE MAJORITY OF REVIEWS ABOUT THIS COMPANY. MY EXPERIENCE WAS NOTHING SHORT OF PERFECT. THEY WERE ON TIME. PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I DID NOT TELL THEM I WAS ALSO A UNION ROOFER MY SELF FROM LOCAL 30. I JUST WANTED TO TEST THERE HONESTY AND RATHER THEN TRY TO CHARGE ME FOR AN ENTIRE ROOF. THEY ADDED A SILVER COATING TO SEAL MY ROOF AND REPAIR THE 2 LEAKS WE HAD. MOST COMPANIES TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF HOMEOWNERS. TYPICALLY NOTHING IS WORST THEN WHEN COMPANIES TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY PEOPLE. AND THIS HAPPENS FAR TO FREQUENTLY THESE DAYS IN THE BUSINESS OF ROOFING. UNLESS THE OLDER PEOPLE HAVE CHILDREN WHO ARE GROWN AND LOOK AFTER THEM. THEY TELL PEOPLE RHEY NEED A ENTIRE NEW ROOF AND THAT WOULD BE GUARENTEED FOR 10+ YEARS UNDER WARRANTY. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE WITH BEST BUY. THE CREW WAS COMPLETELY KIND AND HONEST WHEN THEY WERE HIRED BY MY GRANDPARENTS. I FEEL THAT THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND AT A MORE THEN FAIR PRICE. AS I DID NOT REVEAL MY KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRADE TO THEM THE ENTIRE TIME. SO TECHNICALLY WE HAVE HAD 2 POSITIVE EXPERIENCES WITH BEST BUY ROOFING AND I JUST WANTED TO SPEAK UP ON THERE BEHALF WITH MUCH DESERVED REVIEW. DONT JUDGE SOLEY ON WHAT OTHER PEOPLE ONLINE SAY. RATHER THAN GIVING THEM A CHANCE AND FORM YOUR OWN OPINON BASED ON YOUR OWN EXPERIENCE. THANK YOU TO BEST BUY AND MR. YOUNG ESPECIALLY.

I've been calling and leaving messages for weeks. No response. Now I've had to hire new roofers to fix my roof. Costing me a large sum of money. Shameful considering I'm well within my 10-year warranty I paid for

This company has been working on my roof now for 3 weeks. They have been paid half upfront and it took them 2 weeks to come out to start the job. They came out one day and haven't been back out to finish. They schedule days to come out, but its a no show, no call, no anything. The service is absolutely horrendous. I don't recommend this company. Please stray away, seriously. Save yourself the headache.

After spending thousands of dollars on tuckpointing and other roof work, we had a leak 2 weeks later that cause damage to our living room ceiling. They now won’t return our phone calls. Do not use!

I've been calling the company for several months to get my roof repaired and the only response I have received is, "we are backed up!" I have also submitted my contract and still nothing. I am very displeased in the lack of service as my roof has been leaking in the baby's room, that he now can not sleep in!

This place is trash, never send pics or contacted me for almost two months. They can't keep workers. I talked to at least 7 different people. I would recommend to please find another company. They don't care

They scheduled an appointment and didnt show up, I waited half the day, and when I called them they asked my pardon and rescheduled. But they never showed up for that appointment either.

Totally unprofessional....Dont use them
