Safeway

This morning I can in at 9 and they didn’t have any chicken down because they don’t start that till about 10 but I asked Todd if he would be able to put down some chicken for me and he was very very nice and he said that he could definitely do that for me. This made my whole day because I was very hungry. Todd is an excellent manager and he is great with customer service!!! I highly recommend this Safeway! Thank you again Todd for making my Safeway experience this morning a great one!!

I have been shopping at this Safeway for many years and it always has what I need and the prices are great! With the digital coupons I save even more. All the employees have always been very helpful and courteous with me, it's my favorite grocery store in CDA!

A lot of people get bummed out about the size of this place, but it has been in this location for 20 to 30 years. It is a nice clean little neighborhood grocery. If you want the big fancy supermarket, head to the store on government way.

Everytime I come into this store there are 3 men that run the fresh food kitchen and these men never disappoint they're always very respectful helpful and kind I go there almost every day of my work and get fresh food if they don't have it they will make it fresh for you they always have a great smile and it makes my day thank you folks

I'm still slapping myself for not checking out this grocery store sooner. So clean, organized, and kind staff. I know it's small, but when you're living in downtown CDA it's PERFECT! It had everything I needed. I got all my stuff and then checked out the deli/bakery, which had these little packs of uncured pepperoni, salami, and provolone, which was very clever. I love italian sandwiches. I got some nice baked goodies too. I was just impressed. I'll be going here from now on. :)

Bought a bag of chocolate and a big bag of Skittles for movie night $10 each

This Safeway Monday not be the biggest (it's not), or have the capacity to carry every item possible, but it certainly has the staff to makeup for that! Everybody is always congenial and ready to assist shoppers anyway they can.
As a bonus, for me at least, the store is well within walking distance.
It's always a pleasure to shop here and not the other markets around. I will definitely continue doing so.

Great service. 3 day old chicken strips in the deli and jojo's that were even older perhaps. Beside that the store was super clean and the staff was friendly enough for that neighborhood. I appreciate you guys thank you

Went forbbell peppers and sausage in stock and when checking out the cashier was friendly and even have me advice on how to take care of my cut on my arm

I always enjoy the neighborhood feel of this store. I often have staff make the effort to see if I have found everything or need help. Nice variety, a little deli and bakery items.

For small grocery store, that had everything I needed.

They transferred my prescription from a store in California and I had my medication within two days! Thanks so much! Very pretty store, clean, and nice looking. Good welcoming people! 🌟

They always have my groceries ready and they do their best to fill it exactly the way I have written down, sometimes they need to substitute ,but they always check with me to make sure it's what I want. I really enjoy having my groceries delivered to my car.

Our favorite local go to place to shop. Not far from home and I have shopped there since the 70's. Their pharmacy has a great crew and everyone treats us well

This Safeway isn't the greatest. They have no public restrooms. Today all the debit card machines were down. So all they could take was cash. It was a big in convince, if all you had was debit.

Staff is always friendly, whether at checkout or pharmacy. Staff is knowledgeable about where items are in the store, and may even share what their favorite items are if asked. The store has taken pre-cautions to protect both customers and staff from Covid-19: everyone wears masks, and there are one-way markers for each aisle, six-foot markers and plexiglass shields at each cashier station. Safeway also employs multi-abled people, which is great. I love the diversity!

Closest to my home; rarely do I have to go farther in a pinch. Deli is good with great service. Cheap Chicken Mondays are the bomb for a quick, easy dinner at a great price!

This is my favorite little store in Coeur d'Alene. Small, very navigable, they have everything you need, and they do not force you to go to self checkout. I've been going there for years and will continue to do so.

On some items this specific Safeway is more affordable than others, but I am not sure about all items.
