The sales representative, Peter Carmean, was very professional and helpful when my son was pellet stove shopping. Pete knows the products he sells and gave us good answers to our questions and also offered great insight to questions about my son’s particular application. My son decided to go with a Harman due to me having two Harman products and this would be our 3rd Harman purchase and the second pellet stove. I live in MD and have a Harman Coal and wood fired boiler along with a pellet insert that have served my family well. Pete kept me informed of the order status and delivery date, upon which the installers arrived promptly. I am remiss in not remembering their names, but they we also very professional and took pride in the work they were performing. They even moved the stove about a half inch to satisfy their satisfaction with the job. They took pride in what they were doing and mist of all, my son is super pleased which is what really counts. I highly recommend Stoves’n Stuff for any product and/or service they offer.

The customer service is fantastic!! The salesman, Ed, walked me through my purchase of a gas stove when I was changing from a wood stove. He patiently answered my million questions/concerns and listened as a processed my pros/cons. I was literally taken back with his commitment of finding a stove that best met my needs. Then I have Dominic come out to set up the stove. Again, he walked me through all of the stoves capabilities and how to best maintain my purchase. Can I give them 6 stars?!?

I was very happy with both the stove I purchased and the sales staff. I explained the space I wanted to heat and Ed the sales rep directed me with the options to meet my needs. I would recommend Stoves n Stuff to anyone wishing to purchase a stove in the future. I do feel the key is to educate yourself on the different manufacturers, then ask questions. The sales staff will educate you more. I do feel you will leave a happy customer.

Great selection and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They even did an in home inspection to help me make up my mind on BTUs and models. I would suggest shopping in the spring or early summer to avoid the procrastinating masses and to get great deals.

Purchased a Hartman pellet stove 7 years ago. They installed it and they have been servicing it since day one. They are awesome people. We buy our pellets from them too.
