I left River City to save money with a big name insurance company. The agent only wanted to get a pay check. No customer service whatsoever. I went back to Jan and John knowing I could actually sit down and talk to them if needed. They always take time for their clients.

Jenni at River City Insurance provided the BEST customer service I have experienced in a long time. She took her time and was extremely patient to find us the best rate for car and homeowner insurance! I would highly recommend them for your insurance needs! As far as customer service I would rate higher if I could! Thank you for all your assistance!

I wish I could give more than just 5 stars. John and his team are hands-down the best I have ever worked with. Most people shop purely on price - and River City Insurance certainly has great pricing! But to me, what really stands out, is his knowledge of policy limitations, applications, and his genuine concern for the customer. We have had so many conversations ensuring that what we choose - is actually what we need. In all the quotes I have had over the years, never once have I had an agent become so genuinely interested in what coverage we actually need. He has repeatedly gone above and beyond to answer any questions that we have had. Not only would I recommend John and River City Insurance, I have repeatedly spoken highly of him to anyone who would listen. He is most certainly a stand-out agent, in a world that seems to place less of a value on genuine customer service. Give them a try - I have no doubt that you'll be happy you did!

Coming from dealing only with hotlines and websites from major insurance companies and never talking to the same person twice it was refreshing to work with Jenni to find the insurance that was right for us. She got us a great rate by checking for all kinds of discounts, now we even better coverage for less. She explained terms to make sure we knew what we were getting.
