I love this place! Hatha is my favorite class, but they are all wonderful. the facility is clean, instructions are clear, and the instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. It is a judgment-free zone and friendly to beginners.

Teachers are fantastic, facility is clean, inviting, great atmosphere. Staff are friendly and helpful. Everyone in the world could benefit from doing yoga and this studio is the best around.

The pace of the 90 min class was perfect. Clear instructions and help when needed but not to forceful if you cannot keep up as a beginner. Would recommend for any level.
