I just want to show my appreciation to the obgyn 2nd floor! Erika is a great manager and truly cares on resolving any discrepancies if any arise. The ladies at the checkin and check out for the 2nd flr gyn are always so kind and pleasant. I appreciate them. I use to go to temple hospital 8th flr gyn but I like this location! Thank you all and also Dr Carnivale! I’ve seen many physicians at both locations and appreciate Dr Carnivales kindness also

I came to Episcopal to have a CT scan. Sheri and Amanda were the staff members who did the scan. They were fantastic! Professional, polite, and very kind. The room where I was scanned was bright and clean, and it eased my fears. The reception staff was also very professional. I will request to return to Episcopal for any future CT scans.
Returned to Episcopal on 10.27.23 for new CT scan. Linda was the staff member who conducted the scan. She was professional and kind. Had another positive experience. The staff who checked me in were also great!

Just a great place to receive quality, patient-centered Healthcare. The wait times are better than average and the nurses and physicians are outstanding. They treat everyone with courtesy and respect. They also have world renowned cheese-less turkey sandwiches and a variety of Shasta Sodas and juices if you get hungry/thirsty. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with the nursing staff and Doctor that cared for my mother on the 6th floor. Dr.A , RN. S , PCT Morgan and the housekeeper Ms, E. My mother had a stroke this past year, and this past week she was very sick, they were kind and gentle. They didn't rush her or get angry with her. She was actually smiling at the end of her stay. I can't Thank them enough, for doing a hard and necessary job.

Endured 7 hours of excruciating abdominal and back pain at home because I did not want to go to the hospital. By evening it had subsided only to come back again the next morning. And the pain was worse. I thought for sure something had ruptured so my room mate called an ambulance. Don't remember much about that except the pain, I was thirsty and the word "darling" which was comforting. I needed an mri but could not stay still due to the pain so they gave me a shot of I don't know what. But it worked, Found out I was passing a kidney stone. They were fast and efficient. The guards took my bullet of my keychain though and would not give it back. That's okay. I have another.

I visit the hospital because of my sister who has been sick and she needed emergency care. We got there the same time the ambulance did, first we were great by the security guards with kindness and respect, they explained the process with patience, we did as they informed us, within in hour we were direct to the room my sister was in. My sister was cared for by a wonderful nurse, Tina. She was very respectful toward our concern and answered our question and when she didn't know the answer she would find it. Tina thank you so much for making this dreadful moment easier and for truly caring not only for sister but for us. I know and seen how crazy busy Episcopal is, with caring for all kinds of needs from all type of ppl but ur professionalism is outstanding, thank you again. Oh ur hospitality also is great, I did not get his name, but he came into the room and offered us juice, water of which I was truly grateful and surprise, but thank you Sir, Carmen Diaz

Very quick admitting process. was helpful and comforting to my friend when he was being admitted. Only place that helps people with any kind of addictions or mental issues seek help in the philadelphia area that does not pass the buck sending you place to place.
