Love the helpful staff--so knowledgable, and there's loads of inventory. My go-to for random household needs. Never disappointed.

They had the little doo hickey I needed. Don't pass them by.

The staff went over and above to assist with our water filter issue for our camper. They demonstrated that they value their customer's business.

They've always had reasonably prices and a great supply of stuff for the homeowners and/or willing to help you out with a project.
In this case, rescreening a screen door that a bear came through!
In the past they supplied me with the best gutter guards, specially sized and colored doors and brown tarps required by Hemlock Farms!

Very friendly staff. And if they don't have what you need they'll go out of the way to try and order it. Oh and you can get your fishing license there too.

This place always has everything I need from pool supplies to odds and ends for my home projects and just today I got a movers back brace since I messed up my back yesterday from leaf blowing.

All staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about so many things... it is really a great place to go.

They are like a Walmart of hardware stores... even have consignment clothing in a section too...

Even my 85 lb dog approves cause they've got dog treats too...

This place is more like the family stores when I was younger. They are helpful,know where items are and seem to really enjoy what they are doing. It makes shopping there a pleasure

I could EASILY go down the road to "the other" hardware store but I won't. I LOVE that home feeling you get there, people that remember you & the stock they have. If they do not have what you want, they will order it for you if they can get it! I will shop there any day compared to a chain store. Flair hardware is the best on the mountain & so are the people who work there

love this place came in looking for one item gentleman reminded me ill need a few other things to complete project.
needless to say he was right I did come back he recognized me and went to grab items that were needed without me having to ask i made a joke we shared a few stories!!

I would never get that kind of service at a bigger place!

Since moving from Queens to Milford, I have always been happy with my experience here. The woman who works there has always been extremely helpful when it came to my bathroom sink bursting and I needed a part to when I needed new deadbolts. I am happy that Flair is in the neighborhood and always know I will be helped when walking through the door.

We always come here before trying the big stores. They have so much more than you would expect. Everyone is helpful and friendly.

Love this hardware store, staff are helpful, knowledgeable & very welcoming....when you walk in they make you feel like you've been coming there for years, even if it is truly only your first time there!

I went into Flair late afternoon today told them what a needed for home project and he was happy to help me out and cut the wood to size as I needed it . Thank you for all your help it came out great!!

The folks at Flair have been the most helpful since my move to Milford 8 yrs ago. If I have an issue, or a question, or a problem, they have an answer or solution for me. The entire staff is so helpful and patient as I explain the "doo hicky" I need.
The young gals who work there are not only impressively and extremely knowledgeable about the business, but lovely & pleasant.
As a single female, Flair has made it easier for me to live here in the Poconos.

I always like supporting local businesses. The people here are very kind and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone for their hardware needs. Much better then large chain businesses.
