Love cookies wish phone worked,so I can order a cake,think they should be open later during holidays.

I always take a box of Rugalach for the guys when I get my car worked on. Was the only customer about 7 am. Placed my order. Was told they had no boxes only paper bags. Strike one. Paid a $13 bill ( price went up) with a $20. She had no change? Strike two. She took my money and walked out the door. She was gone so long I didn't know if I got ripped off or she was coming back. She didn't say a word just left! I have an appointment an hour away and construction traffic on 17 to deal with... strike three. When I finally get on the road and sneak one out of the bag it's stale! Not even fresh. So disappointed. Should have known when the tray was a messy hodge podge instead of nicely arranged like when it's fresh. The main location in Middletown is great but this satellite location in Port has never really held a candle to the original. My first impression is always to question the sanitariness (?) of the place...but I keep going back for the Rugalach. It's unlike any other.

What italian bakery doesn't do their own baking not worth the trip.
