Very helpful!! I lost my wallet on the 23 bus, someone gave it to the driver and he left it at the depot. They mailed me a card letting me know that they had it. I was shocked 😮

I started riding the train to work from Doylestown to Colmar. The employees are very friendly. I find it relaxing compared to fighting traffic all the way up Rt 202. I will continue to use it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst train system
In the country. It’s old, it’s dirty, it’s slow and payment and fare system is preposterous. Be prepared for it to take 3+hours to simply get from the airport out to the mainline suburbs because that’s how poor and limited their schedule is (and that’s pretty much the immediate suburbs, only about 20 miles). Don’t catch one of only 2 trains an hour from the airport, screw your and wait 2 hours for your next connecting train. Just what someone wants after flying all day. It’s laughable. Thanks so much for making my trip suck just that much more. The Philly way.

Absolutely the worst train system in America. Outdated payment methods and confusing regional rail payments. Why are there so many different types of payment that are only allowed at certain stops??? Insanity.

Unreliable and untold delays or early arrivals completely missed a bus that didn't even end up arriving at my stop at the said time mind you I've been waiting for 20 minutes so I would know if it arrived.

The worst. It’s tragic how mismanaged and greedy SEPTA is. They are destroying Philadelphia one overpriced, unnecessarily delayed train at a time. Shame on you.
