The nicest post office and post office workers I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with! My job means I’m shipping out up to 50 fifty prepaid label packages a week and in one particular horrible post office in New York I was always given fake excuses as to why they couldn’t simply scan my packages (takes 2 seconds) because they were lazy…here I always even get compliments on my selling work ethic haha. Thank you to everyone who works in the wonderful Milford post office 💖

Consistently pleasant, efficient service. Need to go in to pick up packages that don't fit in the package locker once a month or so, but that's an issue with living in the country, not a problem with the post office or workers.

I have lived in milford since 1989. The post office has always been helpful and professional. Their job like so many other service oriented jobs is not easy and harder still, with all that is going on in our country and the world. I wonder how many people take the time to learn the names of the people behind the counter.

Everyone at the post office is very personable and pleasant when they serve you. I happen to be getting a lot of packages at this particular moment because we have someone going off to college and we needed quite a few things for our home. No matter which clerk at the counter helps me, they pack a post of neatly for me and have even helped me carry them to my car if I needed some help

I am very happy with my Milford post office. Prompt service, reliable and the staff are kind, patient and very helpful during all my 10 years in PA.

I am a 70 yr old man with MS and have a PO box at this office... I do alot of shopping online & I have to say the customer service people at the counter are first rate... always quick to help with a kind word... carry packages out to my car...to these USPS employees I say WELL DONE!!!

The postal clerk was friendly and answered all my questions politely and to my satisfaction. She was very helpful.

It can get really busy here but the workers are all diligent and hard working they are always friendly and move quickly we are lucky to have this team!

Staff at the post office in Milford are competent and friendly, and faster in processing customers than most any other post office I’ve been to.

My problem is home deliveries during the holiday season. Bad road conditions doesn’t equate to no mail delivery anywhere else I’ve ever lived except Milford.

2018 was bad, 2019 is terrible sofar.

Friendly and helpful staff always there to answer questions when shipping items. Plenty of p.o.boxes.

What do I have to do to get my mail delivered to me and not sent back to sender.this post office has screwed me so bad by not doing their job.just deliver my mail.
