I beg to differ with what Kevaun has to say, I’ve been working with Montgomery law over one year now and I have to say that they’re exceptional. They really helped me not once but twice. They fought really hard for my daughter’s education when the district was giving me a run around. Mary is so warm and really nice, she treated me like family through the process and was super knowledgeable. I do recommend Montgomery law 100% and would be using them in the foreseeable future.

I cannot find the exact words to describe my experience at Montgomery Law; it was terrific. Mr. Joseph Montgomery has helped my brother, who has severe Cerebral Palsy get where he needs to be and what he deserves in terms of special need education. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. I still reach out to Joe every time I need legal assistance and guidance. He is very responsive. Honestly, my brother and I were treated as family members and not only clients. I am very happy with the results that Joe Montgomery was able to negotiate on behalf of my brother and I . I have been working with Montgomery Law Firm for over a year now. As a single parent, I can honestly say that I could not fathom getting through the ongoing nightmare we currently have with my daughter's school district. The blatant disregard the school district has for my daughters safety and well being is completely disheartening. Amazing group of people. Extremely helpful and fought hard for our special needs child. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us through one of the most difficult situations we have ever been in. We worked with Brad Flynn as our attorney but Joe and Mary were definitely a huge help as well. Mary found the perfect school to meet our sons needs and we couldn’t be happier.
