Queen Bee African hair braiding

I had a great first experience based on my braider Laura from the point of her entrance into the other shop, there are two shops, I was impressed on her sweetness. She was hugging and greeting the other girls. She walked me over to the other shop and took CARE of me and then jumped in to help my sister. I got there at 6:45 am and was number 9 and my sister was number 10. I waited about 1hour for a knotless braider, but that was okay. When we got there only two people were in the shops ( 1 each). I believe the owner who was pleasant and I do not know who the other girl was in the other shop. They had people in their chairs. Some FYI you have to sign in at the main building, they do not accept cards (Cash only), there is a ATM but I would bring cash next time. There is no parking in front of the shop and we got a ticket for $51. That was the most disheartening thing, park a block over. I will be back Queen B! Thank you!

Never had a problem with this braiding spot, you show them a picture they have someone who can do it for you. Their knotless are flawless and they pay attention to detail. Only con is that if you not there early waiting in line like it's black Friday you may have a long wait to get slayed! But this is my go too for any type of braids I want!

10/10 Wait time was very reasonable for a walk in. I came there a little after 8:30 am and waited about an hour. I was told by another client to get there by 6:30 am to avoid wait time. Service time was very fast for medium boho knotless braids, curly ends. Very kind and professional stylists. Clearly they have a system that works. Would definitely go back!

I had my hair done in medium knotless braids with Amy. The place was very professional, everyone can braid and they're fast. It took her about 3hrs and the parts were even all the way through .I would recommend this place to anyone and I will be back.❤ Jersey Girl

The best 👌🏽 braiding shop in Philly. They are always crowded but excellent, neat service & they get you in & out quick. I suggest that you get there by 6:30am to get a spot or go mid day.

Great experience considering I was in a Sunday crunch. They are definitely busy. I was number 72 at 9:15am on Sunday. Braids we're great and professional. I do like they will call you, so you can leave and come back. Definitely going back but I will try another day. I appreciated the professionalism.

I have been getting my hair done by Queen Bee African hair braiding. Every time that I get my Senegalese twists, they are amazing! I get compliments on my hair all the time. She does my hair in an efficient amount of time and still makes them look neat and honestly perfect! Plus they always starts the appointments on time. They are super nice and easy to talk too. I strongly recommend you making a hair appointment with them. You will not be disappointed!

Queen Bee African hair braiding is amazing! I received medium-sized mid-back length Senegalese twists and I LOVED them. They were neat, beautiful and not too tight. They always takes care of my edges and monitors the overall health of my hair. I can always style my hair immediately after they has finished.

This is my second visit to QueenBee for knotless braids. I had my hair braided by Fatou both times—she is the best!!! First for small knotless and the second for medium knotless (ombre). She works fast, the braids were styled and parted neatly and my edges were handled with care. She used less hair (my request) to keep the braids light and I had zero breaking. I will definitely be back for another visit in a few weeks!

Very friendly, quick and efficient. If you're tender headed like me, oooh boy!! You must keep telling them NOT to snatch you up!! I was in pain for an entire week until my braids loosened up.

1st time I ever got twist and they did an awesome job. Most times, it's two ladies doing your hair. Definitely my go too spot for braids now.

Quick service. I don’t have a specific braided I go to for my Knotless braids but everytime they look amazing. Get there early!
