Called Tony for a bathroom sink unclog job. Came on time and very professional. Was able to snake the drain and clean the pipes. My sink sounds better than when I first moved in. Thoroughly impressed with the quality.

We enjoyed our first hot shower in years thanks to Tony’s repair. He provided repair options and upfront pricing to rebuild our shower and install the shower head we picked. He came when promised and offered a detailed receipt. We were so pleased with his work that we had him return and repair our guest bathroom shower. He diagnosed several issues and explained them clearly. He then caulked, installed a new faucet and shower head.

My nearly 20 year old water heater quit on a Saturday. From the looks of things it was worse than needing a fix. I reached out to several EMERGENCY plumbers and IFixedIt was immediately responsive from the phone call to arrival. The owner, Tony, assessed the problem and confirmed the water heater needed to be replaced. He also addressed additional concerns regarding the water pipes, gas line, and the exhaust all VERY important. He explained in depth what needed to be done, discussed options, and how long it would take. Within 24 hours IFixedIt fixed it! Yes!!!! On a weekend. Installation of the new one and removal of the old one. Remedied the safety concerns and absolutely DID NOT leave a mess. I have had drain work done in my apartment three times recently (for three separate issues) by Tony. I am extremely satisfied by the service and repair performed each time. To begin, scheduling appointments has been incredibly quick and easy. After making an initial request, I received a response back within an hour. All three times! Additionally, the clear and consistent communication simply cannot be beat --- I always receive a confirmation message the day of the appointment, along with a couple messages around an hour before the appointment. This consistent communication is greatly reassuring --- I know for certain they are coming and will be on time!

Besides the easy scheduling and excellent communication, the service and work was performed fantastically. Tony always arrived on time, assessed the issue effectively, and got straight to work. I have been immensely satisfied with the job done every single time. The cost has been absolutely reasonsable and fair.

All this said, I simply could not be more pleased with Tony and iFixdit, for the work they have done. They are professional, friendly, communicative, courteous, thorough, and highly skilled.

One final note: on the most recent situation, I had an unexpected drain issue suddenly pop up and I needed it to get fixed before I left for the holidays. I contacted Tony on Thursday morning, and he arrived to fix the problem that same day in the afternoon! This is the epitome of commitment and care for the customers.

I had what I thought was a leak & needed it addressed before going out of town. Mr Tony came out immediately & assessed the issue the same day! Thankfully there wasn't a leak. He also replaced the utility wash sink & all the piping. Excellent work, prompt & courteous. Very satisfied customer!

Tony came out late on Friday after I called him at the last minute to fix a clogged sink and garbage disposal. He wore shoe covers to keep my floor and rug clean. He fixed the issue in about an hour and half (including installing a new garbage disposal and p trap) and left the sink area cleaner than when he got here. All for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

IFixdit as able handle my unclogged sewer on 1/22/24.. Scheduling was quick and convenient. My drain almost backed up into the house but luckily I caught it, and iFixdt it, fixed it before it became a larger issue.

Pricing is fair, and the plumber was very professional.

Service also came with warranty which makes it easier to sleep at night if something were to come back (praying it doesn't).

Tony is a gem. We feel so lucky and grateful to find him. He’s extremely professional, he takes pride in his amazing work. You can count on him for the quality of his work. More importantly, Tony truly cares about his customers, there’s were 2 or 3 times we had to ask Tony for emergent help, he’d always try his best to accommodate and be the savior. Ohhhh when there is a storm outside and one inside DOUBLE DISASTERS!!! Started with the first snow oh no Monday night, why Jesus!. Let me see if this drano works. It worked before, nope. Let me watch a YouTube video how to, okay try that. Oh it also said if it doesn't work you need a plumber. Okay I call my friend he is older he does some plumbing, took out pipes did some contankering. Nope let's go to the store and buy a snake. Haaaa what a snake that didn't work. Oh 😯. Thursday, Friday, snake Saturday night. More drano overnight. Plungers....Yeah well Sunday morning I'm ready to go to a hotel, I can't.... I look on Google last resort. Call plumbers oh we need this, we can't come out. Okay look some more found this business. Looked at reviews, I see folks complimented the work pictures and everything... So I'm like sounds good I call. Sunday morning Lord please pick up. Mr. Tony answered. I'm whining my plumbing it's backed up, backed up, HELP. He asked questions. I asked questions he comes out he looks around. I'm nervous can this be "FIXD". Yupp done😁. And affordable I didn't care he is worth it. This man came out on a Sunday afternoon and he could have charged me two arms and a leg. He did not. I'm telling everyone that's the man you get if you need some work. He came, he conquered. YAAY!!!!
