Luna Rossa Restaurant and Pizzeria

The food at this restaurant is great. Their Marina is amazing. I and the rice ball appetizer and chicken Marsala. My husband had mozzarella sticks, pasta with meatballs. Both were very good. Waitress was very pleasant and attentive. The bathrooms were spotless. Definitely worth a trip to eat here. Will come again.

This place blew my mind a little. It comes off as a small unassuming pizza joint but the food is 'nice Italian restaurant' quality. Home made sauces and pasta dishes, and everything is made and prepared in house. BYOB, family friendly and fantastic menu

I ordered a chicken cheesesteak with peppers, onions, and mushrooms for my husband for dinner after work. I reheated it in the oven when he got home. He said it was the best chicken cheesesteak he's ever had, even after being reheated, which to me says alot! I took a bite of it and I agreed. I was actually bummed out I didn't get myself one. I've been to Luna Rossa for pizza as well and have never been disappointed. I've always had great service and the food is on point!! Highly recommend them!

Visiting a family member from out of state and the food was so good we went two times! Great sausage and pepper pizza and we also tried a couple of the pasta dishes including linguine pesto and chicken scarpariello - the small portion was more than enough - hidden gem in a strip mall and the prices are pre-inflation and no surprise add on credit card fees or service fees that so many other restaurants are charging now!

Food was very good The veal Parmigian was excellent. The waitress was great. I think she did above and beyond my expectations

Pizza was excellent, as was the sausage roll. Have tried all pizzerias in the Milford area. Luna Rosa is hands down the best.

This is a small little jem of a restaurant. The food was delicious and the waitress was so sweet. Make sure to save room for dessert! Will definitely go back.

Quality all around, super polite and kind staff, ingredients taste fresh and that is what I look for the most. Cool cultural atmosphere. Have not been disappointed yet, and don’t plan on it.

Best pizza in town hands down! You can taste the quality of the ingredients. This is my and my families go to local restaurant, the whole menu is delicious. We’ve tried just about everything by now!

The last time we went here to eat they had different ownership. We never knew. That's why we didn't go back. A guy a know at Luhrs said it's really good so we went.
It's really good. I had a Stromboli which was ridiculous. My wife is on a temporary limited diet so she could only have pasta.
The waitress was really nice, very helpful but left us alone.
They have done a nice job decorating. The AC was on a little high, good if you like it cool!

Love Luna Rosa. It's your typical pizza place but have an excellent menu for lunch and dinner. The food is always good. They don't serve alcohol, but I'll give you a set up at no additional charge. The best thing other than the food is a small portion food option. You still get a healthy serving, but no salad. I had the Carbonara. The bowl was under $10. Can't go wrong if you don't have a big appetite. If you're hungry, then get the dinner.

Other than the lighting being a little dark, we loved the food. They have great prices and the service was excellent. This was really good Italian cuisine for a neighborhood pizza place.

Local Italian and pizza right off Rt84 exit 53 Matamoras, in the same shopping center at Harbor Freight. Delicious NY, NJ style pizza with all the different toppings, and spaghetti and tasty meatballs, Lasagna, eggplant, etc, etc. Great for lunch or dinner. Lots of parking. Eggplant parmesean or rollatini is very good.
Well made italian dishes with excellent service. Prices decent. Try it, you'll like it! I promise.

Their Vodka sauce is excellent! The Italian sausage side could be a meal in itself. Fast service, even at late hours. I highly recommend this Italian restaurant!

Their pizza is very good, usually very fast service, great for an in and out kind of meal or a sit and and stay. Service is always on top notch. One counter person could be nicer other than that great place to go

Stopped in after driving to Milford from NY. The lady serving us was friendly and attentive. My small, plain pizza pie was very good as was my GF's linguine and meatballs. Will stop in the next time we're in town.

Excellent! Visiting Milford from FL this past Sat. Got two slices to go. Best I've had in years. In my haste, left my cell behind. Stopped by 8 AM Sunday. Owner just so happened to be here on way to his softball game. Mentioned "lost" phone. Out of genuine concern he had phone back in my hands within TWO minutes! When I'm relocated here in 2023 Luna Rosa has my business! Primarily for the great food, added to good people! TY Owner!

Just stopped for a cheese pizza. Nice folks. BYOB and there is a wine store next door. Cheese pizza had a nice flavor. Great sauce on the sweet side. Cheeses blend was full of flavor. Crust was a bit on the soft side but good flavor. If you prefer a crunchier crust just have them cook in 3 more min.
