Every time I go to CVS I receive outstanding service from Eric, Bree and Debbie in the pharmacy. Tonight....Malachi demonstrated exemplary customer service while assisting a customer with a lengthy check out because she had many questions and issues. He handled her with professionalism, kindness and patience. I was impressed by his pleasant demeanor and attitude during the whole process! Please commend Malachi for a job well done and again I thank Eric, Bree and Debbie for always answering my questions and helping me no matter how busy they are!

Sam at the pharmacy is very professional and goes above and beyond despite people complaining. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain things to his customers. Not many other people like him out there. Best cvs pharmacy staff I’ve worked with in years.

I would love to see more space/ options for the seasonal isle, but over all its an amazing store with employees that care!

Made an Covid shot appointment online, the pharmacist was kind and good-natured which was helpful to my needle anxiety.

The staff here are friendly and go above and beyond. One worker took my passport photo with her(!) phone and then helped me print it. I don't expect that level of care anywhere really and am so grateful.

I honestly have so much respect for the staff that work at this location. I have seen pharmacists confronted for circumstances having EVERYTHING to do with a customers insurance plan or there inappropriate use of prescriptions and NOTHING to do with the staff. there is a gilded place in heaven for those pharmacists, the pharmacist techs and the CVS retail staff. Always pleasant. Keep up the great work :)

At first I was going to write about the loss of the "sample bags" @ our CVS @ 10th and Reed. .I always looked forward to the "goodies" ..they would make my day...BUT I must admit they still have occasional samples & something (someone) much more delightful! Brittany!!! She is in the cosmetic section & is so very friendly, inviting & eager to help with ANY beauty issue. ..she's been helping my friend and I (as our skin is aging ) w all kinds of skincare tips & she even picked the perfect color for my friend's hair! I love her & having her there is well worth losing the sample bags ..so don't be shy when u need to ask questions. ..Brittany is so very knowledgeable & wants to help! All the staff at my CVS are wonderful & helpful..they go out of their way to please

Staff are really helpful and they are open 24/7. A little upset the tastykake display was moved to the back of the first isle in favor of less desirable snacks. The CVS is a staple in our neighborhood.

I was at CVS today 1405 Reed St. and I had a great experience with Joe one of the associate Joe was such a great help helping me find the batteries I just want to thank You Joe for being the kind of guy and keep the spirit of helping people thank you Joe 👍🏾

I have been shopping at this CVS about 3 times a month since 2007, and I have ALWAYS been very satisfied with the customer service and overall quality of my shopping experience. It's 24 hours and it's a wonderful asset to our local community.
