My experience at Brookside Animal Hospital in Coral Springs, FL was nothing short of exceptional! Yesterday, I brought my beloved dog Luna in for her annual check-up and vaccinations, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care she received.

From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly, making Luna feel right at home. Their friendliness and professionalism immediately put me at ease. The receptionist was efficient and courteous, handling our paperwork swiftly.

Once we were taken back to the examination room, Luna was treated with the utmost care and attention by the veterinarian and the rest of the medical team. They were gentle and patient with her, addressing all of my concerns and thoroughly explaining the procedures.

The doctor's expertise and compassion were evident throughout the visit. Luna received top-notch medical care, and I could tell that the staff genuinely cared about her well-being. They even took the time to give her some extra love and affection, which meant the world to both Luna and me.

After her appointment, Luna left the hospital with a wagging tail and a clean bill of health. I'm incredibly grateful to the entire team at Brookside Animal Hospital for their outstanding service and dedication to their patients. Thanks to them, Luna is now a happy and healthy pup!

I went to this hospital, rather distraught , after going to two emergency hospitals within the past week. Not only were they able to fit me in on an emergency basis, but I was seen quickly, and the staff was professional and pleasant. Dr Kravitz was reassuring and knowledgeable.
I would recommend Brookside to anyone.

Family has used them for years and don’t know why I decided to go any place else. I recently got a pup of my own and started off at another local vet. Puppy tested positive for a parasite and I was ghosted by old vet which is when I decided to switch over to Brookside on my family’s recommendation. They’ve been so nice and helpful and was the first time I saw that vet could be certified as fear free (which I can definitely see, they take their time and do their best to distract from the unpleasant stuff they need to do to pup, Cheech loves everyone there!) and they were super helpful and accommodating when I needed them breakdown my bill to meet the crazy standards my pet insurance requires to make a claim. Everyones super nice.

I’ve been taking my Shih Tzu, Missy to Brookside Animal Hospital for 7 years. The staff is always very nice and they respect Missy’s boundaries as she can get a little snippy, especially if someone other than me goes near her face. However, she just loves Dr. Martinez - she seems to have the magic touch. Missy even gives Dr. Martinez her belly, which is her way of showing trust. I highly recommend Brookside Animal Hospital.

All the staff I've spoken to there are very nice and helpful. They're always smiling and seem to enjoy their jobs. There's also not a thousand people waiting in the lobby for their appointments. Each person I've seen in the waiting room is there for at most 10 minutes waiting including myself. The staff are diligent.

Ask for Dr. Ulacia if she's available! She's an amazing vet. Very kind, sweet, and loving towards animals (as vets should be but it really shows with her). She doesn't give the impression that she wants your money but more so she cares for the animal in front of her and wants the best for them.

I’ve been using Brookside animal hospital for 20 years, my previous dog and now my current dog who is now 9 1/2 yrs old. You cannot find an animal hospital better than Brookside. Doctors are excellent people who care about our family members in such a deep way. Compassionate as can be. I’ve known these people and am very friendly with them for a very long time. My dog now who is my baby, I’ve had him since 6 wks old, loves going to the vet. Never a bad experience. My previous dog lived till 16 1/2 years and my mini pin is perfectly healthy. A lot of this is due to the care and love he receives from Brookside and all the people who work here. And their staff rarely changes. If you’re near Coral Springs FL then this should be your 1st choice for your pet. They’re in great hands. Best vet I’ve ever known and I’ve had the luck of having 6 dogs in my 64 years! They’re wonderful!!

I am impressed with this facility. It is very clean and the staff are so kind and caring. The wait times are short and the waiting room has never packed the visits I've been to.
Ask for Dr. Alexandra Ulacia if available. She is a sweet, knowledgable, kind, and caring vet. She truly wants the best for your pet. You and your pet will love her!

Brookside stepped up and quickly scheduled our pup for spay when we had to be cancelled from another vet. Everyone was so nice and helpful, they had all the proper papers, briefed us well both before and after - highly recommend.

Dr. Chamba & Sandra were very helpful and caring for our puppy. Being first time puppy owners... As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendliness. Thank you for helping us and we look forward to many years of returning with our fur baby.

We love our vet, Dr Ulacia and everyone in the office. From the front staff to the techs-everyone is always so nice! The facilities are nicely kept and clean. This last time we went, Elsie wasn’t feeling well so we were so grateful for the love and care with which Dr Ulacia treated her ♥❤‍🩹

Great staff!! Nurse was very friendly with my Cat and the Dr was VERY informative about the reason for the visit and informed me on something unrelated to keep an eye on. They’ve become our new vet!

Once again, Dr. Outland and the entire staff were friendly, genuinely caring, professional and very informative during our puppy. NW- modern, clean exam rooms. Overall, a program wide terrific experience.Thank You!

The office is clean and the staff are respectful and accommodating.

Yesterday I had an emergency for my puppy Burnie. I saw Dr. Ulacia. She was thorough. She did not push any of the option I had to deal with his Emergency. Burnie was better in no time. I also want to thank Srisi, the Assistant. She was easy to talk to & informative & answered my questions on Brookside Savings Plan & on Insurance. I also want to thank Denise, Chris, & Barbara, at the front desk, & Roinnae, for checking up on Burnie, the desk day!

Dr. Martinez is my vet for life; not only is she warm and kind, she takes a rational approach to ensuring a long and healthy life no matter the circumstance.

First time visit at Brookside. The staff was very pleasant to work with and kept my anxious dog from becoming more nervous. Dr. Hekman answered all of my questions and was very helpful with her suggestions.

Best staff, everyone is so nice from the front desk staff to the Doctors. They take time with their patients and I never leave without all my questions answered. Thank you for really caring.

We had an emergency situation with a dog we found and needed it checked out before we brought her home to our other dogs. Dr. Hekman took the time on her day off to come in and be sure this little dog got a complete check up, and blood work. We have four dogs that see her regularly and she is the absolute best.
