Awesome experience at Bill's Wood Stoves! He answered all our questions and made it easy for us to make a decision on which pellet stove to purchase.

Bill showed utter disregard for the manufacturer’s recommendations for placing my pellet stove. I had given him ample time and opportunity to review the installation manual, which suggests a minimum of 6” clearance in front of stove. Bill installed with 1 1/2” clearance. The 2nd time I lit the pellets, the floor MELTED 4” out. After him charging me over $2000 just to install, I had additional expenses of almost $700 to replace floor and safely retrofit the stove. I told Bill, the owner, by phone and letter. . He admitted no responsibility for causing the problem or helping me with my extraordinary expenses. There’s a better stove/chimney business out there. You owe it to your safety to find ANYONE else.
