My wife and I decided to come eat at the twin falls location. We asked my mother to join us and it was a great experience coming here. My mother had never visited a Cafe Rio before. I felt like it was going to be a struggle to get the orders in because I’m my mother’s interpreter, but I’ve always been up to the challenge. We asked the gentleman if he spoke Spanish and he said he does not. He called someone over and immediately she shushed me in the funniest way as I tried to interpret for my mother. She said “how am I supposed to learn improve my Spanish if I don’t practice it. You know, If you don’t use it, you lose it.” I chuckled and said “okay then.” I must say that I was beyond impressed by the exemplary service she provided. She worked so hard on getting things pronounced correctly. In the end, we were all ecstatic with our service and food. Rachelle is definitely someone this place wants to keep around because she is about her customers first.

The food is delicious. Their online order service gets very backed up though so wait times can take as long as 25 - 30 minutes.

How is the best fresh place to eat with an amazing vinaigrette dressing for the salads and what a surprise to see all the new menu.

Love that you can view the preparation of the food and that it is made exactly as requested. The quality is always above standards and the rewards program génerous. My only complaint would be the tiny teaspoon of guacamole isn't enough!

Fast service and great food. It was super clean even down to the high chairs. I also love that they have covered outdoor seating! Pro tip if you have kids 2 and under ask for the ninò meal it's a free quesadilla with an orange slice (applies to all cafe Rio locations)

Café Rio is my guilty pleasure. Their sweet pork is the best I’ve ever had — it’s so addicting and keeps me coming back. I waver between the sweet pork salad (always packed and heaping with lettuce, pico, guac, and more), and the chicken enchilada (so juicy and satisfying). The food here is to die for and the pricing is sooo worth it. The portions are big, so each meal is like two in one!

I love the food but the app frequently doesn't acknowledge my receipts so I don't get to redeem my points.

I really like this place for their fresh ingredients, the texture of the tortillas, and the consistency.

This place is a good solid meal choice. I am set in my ways and always have the Barbacoa Salad. Ultimately I only have Rio on seldom occasions because of my life choices but still this location has always been a solid choice.

Fast and friendly service. The food is always amazing. I always get the sweet pork burrito enchilada style, but I recently tried the sweet pork salad that was amazing. Highly recommend this place

I love Cafe Rio! Food is always great, the atmosphere is loud so I don't feel bad when my child is extra loud. There's only been one time that I've gone, and they've been out of something (grilled chicken), and that was because there was a bus load of teenagers there for lunch.

The food here is fantastic. Arrived a little early for dinner but soon found out that it was a good thing. They got busy.

As always, the food is consistently good. I went there with my wife for dinner and had a large catering order the next day. All of it was delicious. Great quantities and good service.

Great food, great people. The restaurant itself feels like a fast food place, and the line can get long. But, the food is worth it. Love this place. Oh, and visited again on 5/19/23...they have Birria Tacos!!
