This store has excellent customer service and a decent hunting and fishing section. Jeff was especially helpful in finding the perfect hunting knife and appropriate ammunition.

Well I asked for the rafts that were on sale and the cashier pointed towards the wall, and I explained that I seen them but I needed help because they were on the very top shelf so he calls someone else, I get to the register and he says oh let me get someone to come check you out and he was already at the register. That employee needs to be more helpful.

The manager honored an outdated coupon and sold us two backpacks at the discounted rate. We love you guys!! Thank you.

Kayle was GREAT!!!! From the front door going in to my car after. He made the shopping experience very pleasant. He found shoes that fit comfortably to house slippers and even took them to my car. He even opened my car door. Because of him I will be going back.😄😄😄😄😄

Fantastic customer service! I believe, the manager, Manda Lynn or something like that, helped me greatly in looking for things I needed for my daughters school ski trip. I also must say I bought a pair of snow pants that didn't fit and had to return them so I came right back in and she was super accommodating and understanding and allowed me to get the right one. Definitely go here first, save yourself sometime while dealing with great service.

Big shout out to the 5 star customer service here!! We were pain in the butt customers too:). We went back and forth on our purchase, returned and purchased something different. To boot, their prices are the best in town!

We went there to buy shoes for my wife. They had a good selection and were helpful to find the shoes she was looking for. We ended out buying 3 pairs.

I came here to replace my old Response Gear Boots I've had for close to 9 years that I got from Big 5. I bought a pair of Magnum boots, only after trying on 12 different boots. The gentleman who helped me was extremely helpful and was so willing to grab different sizes for me. I love my new boots and appreciate them for their help. I reccomend this store!

The people that work in this store are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They are knowledgeable and kind.

I loved getting my camping gear here, I got so many things on sale! But- I have to mention my tent. I purchased the Golden Bear 4 person tent, it has held up in the rain and strong winds for near two weeks! My last tent bought somewhere else didn't last three days. 🤭

All staff working were very willing to help from girl at the register, the guy and definitely Tracy. Tracy helped me and went to the back about 8 different times to get other shoes for me. Other clothing and sporting stores should come to this location to learn what awesome customer service is.

Drake's Lexington fishing and Outdoor sporting gear. Good selection of Outdoor Clothing as well. So is very clean and well-kept. Staff is very friendly and professional. Always have what I'm looking for when I go. Also have the ability to order online if necessary.

The service is not great got my shoes lady walked off and had handed me the wrong size couldn't find her but found another lady that helped me out. They need to tell the clerks that they need to finish the sale before leaving.
