I love Lowes!!!!! We had a door installed by them and some small thing happened by the installers. The door was installed beautifully but problem with trim. They refunded all labor amount. I refused because the door was perfect but they insisted because they wanted me to be happy 😊. I felt guilty but they insisted. Better than family 😉.

HUGE KUDOS AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANTHONY IN SHIPPING AT THIS STORE!!!! HE HAS ONE OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE INSTINCTS WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!...HE NEEDS TO BE RECOGNIZED AND PROMOTED. We originally purchased a frontloader washer and dryer set that was delayed in delivery longer than we were willing to accept so we called the store to purchase what ever set they had in the store inventory. Made the purchase and delivery arrangements with Anthony in the shipping department. Only to discover it was ordered incorrectly by the store clerk which was causing an additional delay, so with his assistance, we had to re-purchase the set to solve the problem of the order to get delivery. We also problems with delivery and had to be completed in 3 different attempts to complete the install. Had it not been the excellent customer service from Anthony...we would have given up and went elsewhere to spend our $2400.00. Again great care and clarity from Anthony. Thank you. And by the way we love the new GE set!

I was looking for some windows and Bruce who was working that department was so friendly and helpful. Best experience I have ever had with an employee and he even helped us get everything else we needed and made some suggestions on other useful material. Made our shopping experience the absolute best. Bruce definitely deserves a raise!

I think I like Lowe's better than Home Depot. There are usually things you need in stock and ready to take home. There is way more selection, and the lighting in the store is nicer. We were looking for a new kitchen sink, and there were only 5 in Home Depot, so we left there and went to Lowe's. Picked out the perfect sink, took home our new faucet, and in just a couple of days will have both. So easy at Lowe's , such a pain in the eye at HD.

Ordered some wall hangers for my apartment. They are in the shape of hands sticking out of the wall. I love them, I hang my hat on one hand, it has a thumbs up, so it eon't fall off.
The other hand has it's index figer sticking out and I hang my keys there!

I had my order no. 474891988 on time. Your two drivers did a great job. Was also snowing. Good attitudes .

Lowes is a good place to go for what you want, for a big box store. most of the employees are helpful but Lindsey is by far my favorite employee, she goes out of her way to make sure her customers are taken care of with a smile. she demonstrates excellent customer service!!

I placed an online order for some countertops. The team was always in contact with me about what they had in stock. Theoddore was excellent to work with!

They have a huge selection at this store!! Very organized too. I like going here when I need something as they have items Home Depot don't have.

Jazzminne in the kitchen cabinets is definitely an asset to Lowes. She has spent countless hours helping me with a kitchen remodel due to a flood. She was extremely helpful and did it all with a smile. I appreciate her professionalism and her attention to detail. Thank you again, Jazzminne.

I had a great customer experience with 2 delivery guys Philip and Chewy! They delivered and installed my new stove and microwave. They were were friendly and helpful. Great customer service, 20 stars!

Lis in appliances worked hard to make sure our oven was the one we paid for. Initially when we took it home it was the wrong outdated product. Lis worked tirelessly with GE to fix the problem and try to make it right. She is an amazing all-star employee and definitely one to go to if you are looking to get something in appliances. Not only does she know her stuff, but she will get the job done! She knows customer service and is cool under pressure as well.

Lowes has a great selection of products to choose from in all seasons. Their Christmas selection has a wide variety of products as well as their summer gardening selection.
They have choices of self checkout and employee checkouts so you have options if you like.
Their prices are reasonable and as said above they have a good selection of all areas of home improvement.

Just got the absolute best customer service and advice about lawn care from Stan! He was so knowledgeable and friendly. He asked if I needed help without being approached. Helped me get exactly what I needed and offered other advice for my lawn. Give this guy a raise!

The employees are always helpful, and the prices are reasonable.

Thank you Jazminne! We spent over 10 hours in Lowe’s and truly enjoyed our experience. Jazminne was extremely helpful and kind in getting us our kitchen cabinets. She was able to squeeze us in between her appointments in order to get us cabinets ordered on the 4th of July sale. We also spent time talking about floors with James who was extremely knowledgeable and ready to answer all of our question.

I have to say that it's the little things that Lowe's does for their veteran's that keeps me coming back to shop.
Today, as we drove into the parking lot, there was this patriotic display between the designated veteran's parking spots.

This morning I had a delivery of a new refrigerator. The young men who brought it Toby and Phillip were awesome. Very polite and great manners. Definitely need to give them a pat on the back. And a bonus. Thank you Darlene
