T & S Small Engine Repair

So I MUST share my experience! As an independent strong woman I was working on my Toro 312-8. After finally getting it on I realized I didn't know how to get it to move. After scoring the net I called this establishment and spoke to a Mr. Tom. He could have said "I'd have to see it"
But no, with the patience of a saint he walked me through starting and getting it to move all via phone. Due to not having a trailer and a possible sensor diagnose when it came to lowering the blade, he even gave me a number to someone who may be able to do house visits. His customer service alone, if I could give more stars I would.

Guys were polite, courteous and repaired my pressure washer for under $100. They are very busy so it may take a while, but worth the time.

Other members of my family used T & S Small Engine repair for their generator. The owner "Tom" picked up their generator and repaired it to great running order. T & S also works on Lawn Tractors so, I thought I would take my Lawn Tractor there for repair and service. Tom was a regular guy and very knowledgeable. He gave me a price of the repair and I added the Maintenance on myself. The work was done well and I am very satisfied. Price was fair to!!!

Our lawn mower would not start . Tom evaluated the problem, asked us some key questions , and had it working in under 10 minutes. His pricing is very fair. I would highly recommend this business for small engine repair .

Described the symptoms of my "sick" lawnmower, received an diagnosis, told to expect it the next afternoon and was called before noon. Fast, courteous and not anymore expensive than I expected. Got it home, refueled and was done quick without any mechanical issues. Good work! I'll recommend to those inquiring.
