Stayed there this past autumn. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Decent exercise room. Great location. And special shout out to Tania at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and sweet. That she happens to also be from Queens is a big plus!!!

My impression of this hotel is great! I had a reservation mixup on my end. The night desk employee left notes for the management..The next morning the manager helped resolve my issue.
Can’t say thank you enough!! No complaints about the room either. Clean and all around no issues.
Definitely staying here again.

Staff was great! Keira provided customer service excellence! Her professionalism and positive attitude was much appreciated! The room was exactly as pictured on the website, it was extremely clean and the mattress was so comfortable! Holly provided urgency and was efficient answering my questions with hospitable personality! This hotel and staff members receive an A+++++++++! The location plus price point was impressive for my husband and I on a travel budget!

Well kept property and our room was excellent . It was a nice surprize. Breakfast was excellent with attentive staff.

Front desk service was excellent. Haley was great with getting our room right away, and direction on where to park so it would be easier to get our bags into our rooms. The rooms were very clean, the bed was so comfortable, and the room was nice and cool when arriving on a hot day. The location was perfect because there was an IHOP and a gas station which was very convenient. I would stay here again and again.

Room and common hallways looked and smelled clean. We were traveling with a small dog so I was nervous about renting a pet room but it was clean and no smell of other dogs. They also had plenty of room for us to park the bike trailer we were hauling and IHOP next door was a bonus. Location right off I84 was also perfect.

We were put in a pet room but the smell of a wet dog lurked strong in that room. The chairs were nasty as was the carpet. Never had a problem before in the 15 or 20 years we have stayed there. I mentioned it to the extremely nice ladies at the front desk and was immediately given another room. Very happy.

We've been in the road for almost a year and this was the BEST hotel we've stayed at. Clean, great breakfast, in-room coffee, 24 hour lobby coffee, great HOT breakfast, comfortable beds, and did I mention CLEAN. Staff was wonderful too. Highly recommend.

When traveling to or from Florida over the years, my wife and I have stayed in many different hotels. This hotel has become a favourite of ours.
When we checked on May 4 after a long day on the road we were greeted by Stephanie and her co-worker(sorry can't remember his name) checked us in quickly, offered us warm cookies and made us feel our business was appreciated.
Our room and bathroom were very clean. The king bed was very comfortable.
A short time after we got into our room Stephanie called us to make sure everything was satisfactory with the room and if there was anything else they could do for us.
It is this little bit of extra effort which shows at this hotel.
The common areas are well maintained. The fitness center.... everything worked and was in good condition. The room was clean, tidy with hand towels and drinking water.
The hotel has a good sized area with plenty of seating for breakfast.
The breakfast has a good variety of eggs ,bacon, sausage, hot/cold cereal, bread, pastries, yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea and orange juice.
When we are passing through the area in the future, we will drive a little longer to stay here.

The hotel was very clean and outside Scranton so we didn't need to be in city. The bed was just right and the breakfast lovely. The waitress there was just fantastic, very helpful and a spotless dining area. Thank you. Highly recommend 👌

One of the best stays I've had in a while. The bed was perfect the desk and desk chair were comfortable, the place was extremely quiet, the AC was just right. No outside noises with an exception of a couple of birds chirping. There's an IHOP and a small but nice truck stop right next door.

I regret that work didn't have me in this area longer.

Stayed here for a wedding. It was nice to have connected rooms to connect our family. Rooms were nice and well taken care of. The breakfast was diverse and well stocked and staffed. Every staff person we encountered was helpful and friendly. Would return for sure. Breakfast person Sunday 9/8/19 was phenomenal! Thank you.

My girlfriend and I decided to stay here for Valentine's Day because the place we usually stay at was booked, and we're so glad we did! The front desk staff were extremely friendly, and they even offered us cookies! The room was very impressive in terms of size and value, with a very large living room area with a nice TV and multiple seating arrangements, a guest room with a very comfortable bed, nice TV, and balcony door, which was a very nice touch. The bathroom area was also spacious and we had a very nice whirlpool tub. There's also many nice eateries in the area, with an iHop literally right next door. We would definitely reccomend this place to anyone, and I do believe we've found our new favorite place!

The women who worked there, they were cleaning the rooms, were very friendly and helpful. I have stayed here several times a d have always had a good experience. Glad to see the breakfast is back.

We come here 4-5 times a year fishing Wallenpaupack or just plain relaxing. The front desk and housekeeping are the best.
