Brought my mom’s car up for a valve stem repair, they fit me in right away. Excellent service from the moment I walked in the door. Jennifer, the women at the counter was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. We will definitely we bringing our business back there.. it’s nice to have something local and have helpful pleasant people working there.

I had a problem with my tire that blew out and was really upset. I walked into the Hamlin store and was greeted by the Manager Michael with a big friendly smile! I immediately felt better! He went above & beyond to help me and get me out as fast as possible! I definitely will be returning there in the future! He was the best!

John and his team were great with getting me in and out on the day that a huge snow storm was coming in. He also reminded me about the 100.00 rebate on my tires! Awesome, friendly, knowledgeable service that just seems so rare these days. The waiting area had proper reading material as well as a view window to watch the actual work being done! Very cool!

Had gotten 2 Flat tires. It was at 5:40 at night. Still had to wait for the tow truck to reach me. Called and spoke with Mike who was extremely polite and said he would wait to help me out. Everyone at the shop was so nice and helpful. Highly recommend if you have any issues. Great place and people.

Mike was extremely helpful, I literally only needed a donut replaced and he exclaimed it was nothing and proceeded to have the auto guys replace the tire. His personality was above exceptional and he Suprised me by not charging me. When I asked why he said it's only a donut replacement that it's and in and out ordeal no compensation was needed. I truly feel Mavis looks out for the community in where they operate. I recommend Mavis Discount Tires for the best costumer service, some of the best deals on tires and just an overall exceptional experience!

Traveling after the dark in an unfamiliar area and the tire light comes on. As luck would have it, came upon Jack Williams. Even though they were soon to close, they made time for a quick diagnosis, gave the tires a quick checkup, and most importantly for me, piece of mind. Thank you for your great care and service.

The associates at this location were amazing. They explained any issue that they had while trying to repair my tire. They were able to change out my spare tire for the bad tire and put it on the proper rim. I would completely recommend this location and the associates that work there. They were just absolutely amazing and honest which is hard to find. Thank you so much to the team in the Hamlin store.

Was a last minute tow to Jack Williams. The crew were nice and helpful. They only had one tire in stock for my car luckily so I was able to get back on the road that night

I visited Jack Williams as I had a minor slit in my tires and there was air leak. They took care of it. Jennifer at front desk is extremely helpful. And the service guys are knowledgeable and friendly.

Ran over a nail on the way home from work, tire was deflating quickly I wouldn’t have made it home, I called the nearest Jack Williams where I helped in a very timely manor, I was basically in and out. The employees who helped me were Jennifer and Neil, they were very respectful and polite, and helped me choose my options for repair and explained things to me in detail. 10/10 customer service and I will be coming back here for my tires from now on 👌🏾

The staff here are great! We had a tire failure while passing through the area, and they were so great to get our tire repaired and got us back on the road very quickly. Great work, done efficiently. What nice people, I would recommend them to everyone! People who live in the area are lucky to have such a great tire store.

Came in for an oil change, and Jennifer was so kind and helpful, went out of her way to get my cars information. Very Quick and efficient.
