Chris, Mark, Brian and all of the staff from the funeral home are nothing but incredible. The sincere compassion and caring they showed throughout the entire process was absolutely amazing. When going through a tragedy it is always a comfort to have family by your side, well this group of people I now consider family because that is how I was treated the entire time. We never felt like we were even dealing with business people but instead we were shown how truly good people can be in this world. They made my family feel as though our loved one was the only person that mattered at that time and honored his memory that carries on today. Thanks are not enough and I could never fully explain what this group means to us. Thank you all and if anyone is in need of the best in the business please know you too will be treated like family by these fine people.

We had our cat Diamond pass away 12/24/23 I reached out to about 4 different places. At 6:08 pm Christmas Eve while people are gathering with their families they reached out and took the time to console and express their sympathy for our loss. The communication throughout the whole process was impeccable. I would give them a perfect 10 on Google but it only goes to 5 stars. They have fair prices also when others just see $$$ they were compassionate. I will recommend them to all my friends and family and I will definitely use them again with all my needs in the future. Thank you so much again.

I can't express how thankful I am for their services. I filled out the form online and got a response within a few hours. I was able to drop off my dog to be cremated and had her back within two days. So very thankful you offer these services so I can keep her close forever. It is a beautiful urn with her name engraved.

I cannot say enough about Chris and his team. They were kind, caring, compassionate and very accommodating. Their attention to detail is incredible. They draped a flag over my dad when they came to the veterans home to bring him to the funeral home which meant the world to me. Highly recommend!

When my father passed away, Chris and the rest of the staff were more than helpful in making all of the arrangements and with the legal aspects. They were all so very kind, compassionate, and comforting to our entire family. We would recommend 100x over for their attention to detail, professionalism, and care in our time of loss.

I’m in the funeral industry and I’ve worked with the James family for over 21 years. For anyone to give them a bad review is beyond my comprehension. They are very professional, compassionate, understanding and accommodating. For someone to say that they stole their deceased family members flowers from a grave is just ludicrous. I’m guessing they don’t know that the deer come out at night and love to eat fresh flowers. I’m also guessing that they don’t know that heavy equipment has to go in and out of the area to dig the grave, put the burial vault in and close the grave. Do they expect a helicopter to come in and do the work? So with that said, I would recommend this funeral home, in my experience 10 out of 10 times for anyone that needs to have a loved one that is deceased taken care of.

I buried my husband Bruce in May, and now my dad this week. Mark and Chris are so compassionate and caring, and take all the necessary steps to ensure you have everything you need. Would highly recommend.
