Best waiters around. Kinda pricey, but you know it going in. The well water makes the coffee taste better. Not kidding. The paper cups give off a bad taste. The food and kitchen were clean. I checked. The staff are knowledgeable and move with urgency. Still better than most of Route 84.

New. Spacious. Very clean. Fresh food. Service has been great since Amir and Anita are here. Truck stop in rear.

AJ was a very friendly and attentive waiter! The food was very good! The place was clean and nice.

This was my first time visiting IHOP in many years and first time eating in this location. We arrived around 9:30 on Sunday morning and were seated right away. The restaurant wasn't too crowded yet, but there was a very long line of people waiting to be seated when we were on our way out. The restaurant was clean and in good condition. Our host and especially our waiter were friendly and courteous. The waiter was attentive and efficient. The pancakes were good, but I would love to have real maple syrup - couldn't that be offered? The impossible sausage patties were flavorful. The crispy potatoes with onions and peppers were a bit dry and not too flavorful. I had hot tea which is served in a thermal carafe - loved having hot tea for my whole meal. My husband loved his hot coffee as well.

By far the best service I've received here. Our waitor, Aj, was amazing and definitely deserves to be getting paid more than he is. They were slammed and he still managed to give beyond amazing service.

Decent, clean, our server Adam was nice and put in our orders swiftly.

The server was very attentive. I'm talking bringing soda refills before your soda is empty. The food was well made and made to order. My kids would've liked to pour the strawberry syrup rather than being given cold syrup in a to go container.

On a long road trip in a new area its always nice to pull in to somewhere familiar and get consistent results with the food. These guys can cook the same old same old and cook it good! Prices were consistent with national pricing, food was hot and came out fast, staff was great, friendly and attentive. Definitely coming back on my way through.

We came from Scranton to try this IHOP it was nice at the time we went it was busy so we had to wait like 15 min the server was nice the food was delicious we order a chicken and waffles , ham and green Melt sandwich , omelette and a New York cheesecake pancakes this location has plenty of parking as well !

Classic Breakfast/Brunch/(Brinner?) establishment. The pancakes are fluffy and cooked to perfection everytime. There are never any complaints in the proteins they use. Truly they have mastered the art of the meal and have delicious and interesting specials like the pictured pancake tacos that are 3 for $6. They look small but the thick, airy pancake and packed toppings will make you feel as stuffed as their omelets - which they fill to the brim with goodness as well.

AJ, our server, was EXCELLENT. He was attentive, nice and really fun. It was nice to have the pot of coffee on the table. The food was really tasty and the portions are enormous.

My husband and I were visiting PA and had breakfast at IHOP. We had an amazing experience at IHOP thanks to our server, AJ. His exceptional service made our meal truly enjoyable. AJ was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was welcoming. He even asked if I wanted a coffee to go. We will definitely be returning next time we visit, thanks to the outstanding service we received from AJ. Five stars!

The food here was great. Their pancakes are always just A+++++++. Just happy now I don't have to travel far for them. Service was phenomenal and the wait wasn't bad. Especially for a Saturday morning for party of 8.

Although they were shorthanded, the waiter we had was excellent and doing his best to keep up with everyone with a very good and friendly attitude. New items on the menu were excellent.

I am so proud of this newly opened establishment! I was there with my beautiful best friend and I was NOT disappointed. Deena, our server, was the sweetest and very attentive! She even suggested a free local concert which was nice for my sisters who were visiting from out of town. Did I mention that my siblings showed up and were able to find seating near us! It was funny!.I loved that they were able to accommodate our party in such short notice
Anywho I ordered a garden omelet topped with hollandaise sauce. Everything was cooked perfect and full of flavor. Compliments to the chef! The omelet was delicious, but those PANCAKES stole the show!! YUM!😋❤
Coffee was great!
It did get busy towards 9ish but the front of house was on it which is great for someone like me that struggles in crowds!
I really appreciated this dining experience and I can not wait to return with my husband and children for some endless pancakes.
