Stopped by for my first serious shotgun and was treated like a valued customer. Joel took the time to discuss my needs, educate me on the various options and test-fit a number of them. As a lefty, I was surprised they had the right model for me to take home today, and they customized the fit to perfection. Wouldn't hesitate to send other folks their way, and will return to the cozy Ligonier shop when able. A really impressive selection in a gorgeous part of the country.

I ordered a Joel Etchen signature 687 Silver Pigeon III Deluxe from the Joel Etchen Guns web site yesterday. Matt shipped it out immediately and it arrived today in beautiful condition. Beautiful gun at a reasonable price and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend them.

I bought a 20/28 32" combo from Joel Etchen. The people I spoke to on the phone were perfect. I had a slight length adjustment needed and they did it for minimal cost. I received the gun and it's met all my expectations. I won C Class Oklahoma State with the 28 gauge barrels. It shoots like a dream!

Awesome shop with a great selection of fine shotguns! Matt ,Adam and entire staff was most helpful, allowed me to do a short layaway on a signature silver pigeon that leaped out at me from there numerous supply. The upgraded EELL woods on there signature series was exactly what I was looking for and there were so many options to choose from. I was able to hand pick one with the exact coloring and lines that suited me. Communication was outstanding , shipping went out the day of payment and packaging was was very secure. Total professionals from start to finish. I bought one of their Signature series Beretta 687 sub gauge combos and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. A gorgeous gun and an absolute crusher on my favorite game...quail. Great inventory, prices, and customer service. I wouldn't think of looking elsewhere for my next fine shotgun!

I don't write many reviews but I had to share what an excellent experience I had with Joel and Adam. I bought my first dedicated sporting clays gun (a Rizzini BR110) used from Etchen and was very happy with the service and time they took to fit me. Fast forward 20k targets and I went back to Etchen to buy a new DT-11 sporting. Again, they were very helpful in fitting it to me, discussing options and ultimately making sure that I was happy with the gun before buying it.

Unfortunately, less than 30 days into my ownership of the DT there was an accident and the top barrel was severely damaged. Joel expressed that this was likely due to a barrel obstruction and that I was probably SOL. Adam said they would try their best to get Beretta to replace it, but it was unlikely. I spent a week in limbo assuming that I'd be putting another $5k into my brand new gun, and was amazed when Adam called me up to let me know that they had gotten Beretta to warranty the barrel replacement.

I am incredibly happy with how Joel and his company stood behind their product, and I'm a Beretta guy for life now, and I'll always buy from Joel Etchen. Thanks again guys!

Recently purchased 686 SP Left Hand in 12 gauge and I am very pleased with my purchase . Adam showed me several shotguns that I had in mind . He took his time , changed recoil pads and made sure the gun fit properly . My score improved the first time on the Sporting Clay course , and I owe it to a properly fitted gun . I will make the trip to Joel Etchen s again ....................Update August 6th 2023 . Trading up was as easy as buying the Grade 1 . Adam showed me the shotgun I viewed online ,which was perfect . The fit of the Grade 111 was excellent . I was given a fair price for my trade in and I was on my way in about 45 minutes . I would recommend Joel Etchen and his staff to anyone buying a shotgun .

Three weeks ago bought a Beretta Silver Pigeon lll Deluxe from Joel Etchen’s. I am a left handed shooter. They have the most left handed Beretta guns in stock than anyone that I have found on the internet. The SP3 that is made for them with the upgraded EELL wood sets it apart from all the rest. Matt took his time with me unboxing 3 guns for me to pick from. The gunsmith that does my stock work spoke highly of them. Matt even let me take pictures of the wood grain of the stock to send to my gunsmith to make sure it was suitable to work with as I needed more cast. Now that is patience and great service. It was worth the 3-1/2 hour ride to buy from them.

My first experience buying a shotgun from them and it was great. Got an excellent deal on a used Browning 725 Citori Pro Trap. Matt and Adam patiently answered all of my questions and shared their expertise freely. The transaction was quick and I received the gun two days after purchase. I had a great experience with Adam Peters at Joel etchen Co. He was not only attentive but very patient in my choosing of a gun. I went there wanting a Beretta pigeon III and I ended up with a Caesar guerini summit sporting. I felt it fit me the best of the guns that I felt. I'll only go there in my future for a shotgun with Adam. And I would suggest comparing all of their fine shotguns to everyone.
