Laurel Highlands Olive Oil

Okay is it a bit too much to say this is my favorite store?

I thought this would be a little kitchen store and not the golden nugget of the laurel highlands.

First, the staff is so nice. The two ladies there were so knowledgeable on everything they had in the store and were immensely helpful with telling me what they had and where. I wish I could have that level of service everywhere. 10/10.

Second. The products they sell are top notch. Being able to try every single thing there? I’m in heaven. I’ve never really liked buying olive oils unless I know they’re good quality and the flavor is great, so being able to try them with little bits of bread was so satisfying.

There’s little sample sizes of their products so you can get tiny quantities without having to worry about price. For $25 I got four different samples of oils and vinegar. I plan on making some great food with them.

Extraordinarily high quality balsamic and oil shop. This is our second time here. We travelled from another part of the state to buy gifts and it was worth the trip. The best thing in the shop is the Mission Fig Balsamic. As a bonafide balsamic snob, I can say with certainty that this is the single best balsamic I have bought, and one of the least expensive balsamics I have bought as well. Also picked up some sesame oil while I was here. Worth your while. Definitely stop by!

This was my first time coming to Ligoneer and I found my little slice of heaven. This shop was amazing! The selection, the flavors, the smell, the wooden utensils, all the way down to the friendly welcoming atmosphere. My 8 year old son (after eating his weight in samples, mixes and blends of oils and vinegars) said "This place is better than the candy shop!" If that isn't a compliment what is?

The prices are AMAZING, the owner Allison was a delight and so knowledgeable, but most importantly you could literally taste her passion. I will continue coming back to Ligoneer almost specifically for this shop.

5 stars!! I had the pleasure of stopping in this afternoon with my gal pal and did a tasting. Ginny was amazing, sweet, informational and educational. Can't wait to go through the bottles I bought to go back again!

Such a great little store! Allison and here staff are wonderful and knowledgeable. She offers a great variety of oils and balsamics that have enhanced my cooking in all kinds of ways! Her cheese selection is also phenomenal, I learn something every time I'm in there!

I absolutely loved my first visit to this store! Any store that I walk into and am greeted with a dog is worth five stars but this store deserves more than 5 stars! The two ladies working were very welcoming and so helpful! Maggie was the cutest and sweetest little furry host. The selection and samples make it easy to try before you buy! Everything here is delicious! I am looking forward to my next visit!

Visited here last thanksgiving and fell in love. Thankfully we had family visiting again and they brought us back more to fill up again. Had to order online for another round of oil and vinegar because we cannot live without it. We're so thankful for their wonderful customer service, knowledge and help. We will be lifetime customers for sure!

We wandered in right before close and could not have been more welcomed! The staff were the kindest/sweetest people ever. They offered great suggestions and made us feel right at home. Their products were beautiful, and we purchased a variety of goods. We will definitely be back!

This shop is excellent! There is a wide variety of products and the opportunity to taste before you purchase. The owner and staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. So glad I stopped in!
