Great bakery and eatery. We had a sandwich and a burger. Both were great! The honey wheat bread 😘! We were greeted immediately and sat where we wanted. The service was fantastic, friendly and fast! Water glasses were never empty! We will definitely go again!

This bakery is frankly a staple of Polson itself, and holds a special place in my heart due to familial bond. My grandmother worked here for a majority of her life, and was even the woman who made the recipe for the Indian Tacos that they serve on Wednesday's.
Each time I've come in, I feel at home, and we're (my fiancé and I), waited on with diligence and respect. The inside is a seat yourself accommodation, and so as long as you find a place to sit, (as it's usually full), you'll be seen in ample time and your order will be taken swiftly. The wait time on food is never too long, and their sweet treats are perfect to finish off any meal.
While I wish they could stay open longer, I also appreciate the time frame they're open, as it makes for a perfect place to stop by and grab breakfast or lunch with those you care about. Not to mention, I always feel immensely respected whenever I go there, which coming from someone like me, it's difficult to find sometimes. 🫶🏼🧡

Above is my sons review. We went and dined in for breakfast, he had the Huckleberry Hotcakes and I had the Chicken Fried Steak, eggs and hash browns. All were really good. Also we really recommend the Huckleberry Milkshake!!

Went there for breakfast and I had the meat lovers omelette it was excellent. I've also had the ham and cheese omelette it was also excellent. They're bacon and eggs were equally excellent. I also tried their clam chowder I think it's the best in town.

Just a good old fashioned local diner, nothing flashy or hip, just good food, efficient service (a rarity anymore) and very good prices for what you get. I appreciate what they do.

We go at least once a month for breakfast or lunch. They are the sweetest people in Ronan. Never dissatisfied

My wife and I went in here today for brunch after reading most of the reviews on google. From the entering the door we felt welcomed and at home. The owner was supper friendly, not pushy, and had a smile. My wife and I ended up both ordering breakfast. They did not make us wait very long as I had a meeting to get to. The food was definitely fresh and homemade. It was amazing. The staff on a whole was friendly and always checking to make sure we were ok.
I am not sure what other people complained about. No place is perfect and people have bad days, but our experience was amazing. I wish we were staying around the area longer, we would come back here over and over. My wife and I left full and very happy.

This is the definition of a mom and pop place to eat. Their homemade chicken noodle soup is to die for, and all the food on their menu is amazing no matter what. Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. We come all the way from Denver just to eat here!!!

Well I would have to say if you want some awesome donuts in polson definitely gotta go here to the bakery I've goin there since I was 12 or younger n they've always had the best cream filled n jelly filled donuts

Good little restaurant, not fast service but nothing wrong with that. The staff were very nice and polite and evident they share a positive working friendship with one another. The food was really good, though being from the South, the gravy left something to be desired, but it was still good. They use quality ingredients and their coffee was exceptional as well. Parking is a little tough here, but we walked a couple of blocks and figured it wouldn't hurt us. We only ate breakfast and haven't tried lunch yet.

Wanted a simple lunch and found this place. Friendly greeting by the staff and great food and reasonable prices…..we took a pie home, hope it’s as good as lunch……cheers!

I'm a regular at lake city bakery .it's full busy and as fast as they can. It's ok to sit with strangers and they become Friends. A daily regular is a deaf man .we write on napkins and pantomime!! God bless this 3 generation of folks for standing firm faith food and Family!!

Small town, veteran owned Cafe. Delicious food and pastries. The soup is amazing and comes with a bread roll made in house. So far I've been pleased with everything I've gotten from there.

This place is quietly the warm, authentic heart of Polson. You can't walk in the door without feeling like a part of the family. And you can't go wrong with the excellent food, service, or company. Try the country stacker, the huckleberry flapjacks, or one of Damien's cappuccinos. You'll love it here.

This place is awesome!!! They have some of the best baking goodies I have ever eaten. The donuts 🍩 are super fresh, and they are scrumptious! I usually get a big bag of donuts, so takes me awhile to eat them; they stay super fresh the whole time. Unlike your grocery stores where they dry out in a day. I really recommend these guys if you want a good bakery.

Everything is big in Montana including the bakery offerings! Breakfast was hearty and filling. Baked goods are made on the premise and are excellent. Breakfast portions are generous and tasty. Owners are warm and welcoming.

The bakery case runs the full length of the dinning room- one whole case is full of maple bars! Cream filling is amazing- definitely not boxed pudding ;). The buttermilk and plain cake donuts are on point. The people are genuinely friendly and the atmosphere is like a being in a good friend's kitchen. HIGHLY recommend for taking out a dozen or having breakfast
