Timberview Veterinary Hospital

We've been going to Timberview since 2017, and they have always been so kind. A week ago, we had to make the hard, heartbreaking decision to put our cat of 12.5 years down. We've had him since he was a kitten. Dr Sarah and her staff were amazing and gave us all the time we needed with our boy, explained the process, and gave us time to make our final decision, which was extremely hard to do. We're thankful for the care they gave to our boy and empathy they showed us. RIP Ga

Timberview was able to fit Nick Nack in for an appointment quickly. They are compassionate, caring and actually listen to what our concerns were. He was diagnosed quickly and we all felt cared for. Highly recommend Timberview Vet!!

Timberview has been my Veterinary Doctor for years. The office is always clean and everyone is friendly and helpful; all staff members. When needed, if I've ever had to call after hours, Dr. Sara has immediately responded and even during regular hours was happy to speak to me on the phone or discuss my animals issue/s via email. Timberview will be happy to tell you where you can save money; even if it means purchasing elsewhere. This in itself speaks to their character. Aside from Dr. Sara and Dr. Shuey, the office manager and Vet tech's will go above and beyond to assist in helping find a product your pet needs if they do not carry it.

I am always pleased with the way the Vet tech and Vet treat my dog and cat. They are very professional and companionate. Thank you for caring about my fur babies as much as I do.

I moved an hour away from home and found them for my vet here for the two dogs I brought with me two years ago. My one dog had surgery a couple months ago and they were awesome…. fast forward to today and my cat of 20+ years needing to cross the rainbow bridge.. they made sure even though that cat wasn’t a patient there that they took the best care of all of us. I drove an hour to make sure my pet had the best care and they definitely held up to that. No other place I’d go at this rate! Dr. Sara is amazing and truly cares.

Everyone here is wonderful! Our cat got really sick twice in six months, and not only did they keep us updated while he was in their care, they always called after he was home to check in on him. The staff is super sweet, and I'm so happy we found them!

April 2021 edit: one of our other cats suddenly got very sick and had to be put to sleep. Tabitha and Dr. Sara were so supportive and understanding, they made the tough day much easier for us. We also received a condolences card from the office in the mail a week later, which we all appreciated.

We have been taking our pets to Timberview for well over 20 years. Dr Sara and her staff has always provided professional compassionate service for our pets. She is always willing to listen to you, values your opinion, and offers guidance based on years of experience in veterinary medicine.

One of THE BEST vet offices I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I feel totally confident in the care and services that my pets receive there. We have been using the for years and always recommend them to friends and online requests for local vet clinics.

This is an update since my previous review 2 years ago. For many years now, I have had both of my cats to see Dr Sara. Both for urgent visits & for routine visits. She responds to phone calls in a timely manner. The moment you walk in to this facility, you know you are in great hands. From the receptionist all the way up to Dr Sara, caring & concern are evident. I would not go anywhere else.I was surprised to read some of the negative reviews as I have never experienced any problems with anyone here. As to the cost, you get what you pay for & we have received great care here.

When we purchased our two newest pups, their health, as always, was of utmost importance to us. Both doctors here, Dr. Shuey and Dr. Sara, are amazing. They're kind, both to animals and their owners, and have always been available to answer impromptu questions via a phone call if the office is closed. As a sincere kindness, even though our Great Dane was a patient at a different veterinarians office, when I called here as he was in distress and unable to walk, Dr. Sara actually came to our home around 9pm to treat him. We were so honored to know she was caring for our boy in his final hours, she helped him to obtain a peace we could not. We'll forever be grateful for that and all she does for our Boston's; maybe someday we'll be able to repay her kindness.

I was very pleased with Timber View. I had planned on changing vets, but before that happened, my pup got sick. So, we ran in on an emergency basis as new patients. The hours are fantastic, and everyone we dealt with was very professional and kind. Dr. Sara was thorough in explaining what the diagnosis was, and how we were going to treat it. I would highly recommend them. I have seen a few folks talking about cost - I have seen far, far worse in regards to price, and at places where the experience is half so good. So "if" they are more expensive (which I really don't feel), I consider it well worth it to have professional, compassionate, and companionable people looking after my pets' health.

As odd as it sounds, I also like the ability to pay in the room - it lends a level of privacy to the whole transaction.

The Staff of Timberview are exceptional; very attentive, caring, and genuinely have the welfare of our animal 'children' first and foremost. Dr. Sara has treated us with compassion and respect and has always been very forthcoming regarding the range of options available for treatment. Very open to suggestions and questions, all members of the Team work together to provide top quality care at a reasonable price. Medications are encouraged to be ordered directly, at very substantial savings to the customer, a very welcome respite from the often very high cost of vet-provided medications. The Office Hours are also very welcome, as our 'kids' rarely have medical issues during Bankers Hours - and the cost for emergency care is VERY reasonable. Overall, a very professional and compassionate veterinary provider.

Dr Sara is a very caring person and is truely concerned for the health and well-being of my animals. She treats them like they were her own. The office hours are great and she even has weekend hours. The staff is very friendly as well. You will not be disappointed. :)

You can't ask for a nicer staff. I had an emergency with my dog and switched to their office instead of my previous one because they were willing to rearrange to help him. Dr. Sara is such a compassionate person and is not looking to over charge you.
She had my sister bring her dog in to the office on a Sunday to put him down, just so he didn't have to wait until Monday. We are so grateful he didn't have to suffer any longer. I never see myself at another veterinarian'so office again!!!

Sarah at Timberview has been our vet for 15-20 years and has always provided excellent care for our cats and also our several adopted former racing greyhounds that we trust to her care. Her "new" facility is excellent as to parking, waiting area and treatment rooms and her staff has always been extremely friendly and helping whenever our pets have needed care.

We have 2 dogs who don't love going to the vet but always have a good experience. Luckily we have not had many issues but when we did have a problem, we were able to get help immediately and very reassuringly. Our adopted cat is now a patient and loves to lie in the exam room sink. Veterinary care is not cheap anywhere but I definitely feel the peace of mind in getting good care is worth it. They have military and senior discounts and intermittent coupons.

Outstanding service. Outstanding care of our pet. Outstanding Vet. Dr. Sara takes the time to evaluate, explain and provides solutions to which you select which is best for your pet. Pricing is within reason. Environment is very clean and smells fresh. Highly recommend.

This place rocks! Excellent communication, patient care and positive interactions. Timberview uses the most modern equipment, knowledge and medications available anywhere. No pushy sales tactics, just genuine interest in our cats well being and any questions answered with a wealth of education and experience. We will continue to take our little Siamese here as well as any future pets we may have. We want to thank Dr. Sara and all of the staff for your attentiveness and excellent care of our baby kitty.
