Truly excellent dentistry and a smart, friendly, and responsive staff. Just had my first Zoom whitening session. Informatively explained and caringly administered. Many successful prior visits for cleanings, fillings, caps, etc. Dr. Ordinez and his staff are the best!

Just had my initial visit here. I was impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff and the expertise of the doctor. Had a cleaning, x-rays and a tooth repaired (bonded). The doctor did an excellent job. I couldn’t be happier with the result.

It’s alway a pleasure seeing Dr. Ordonez and his team! The ladies at the front desk are very helpful and knowledgeable regarding insurance coverage. All of his hygienists do an excellent job with their preventative care. And Dr. Ordonez is an excellent dentist. He is thorough, gentle and a great guy!

Dr O broke some news to me gently. My wife recommended him. I can see why she likes him. He is my dentist now.

Always efficient service to book appointments. Great help in helping navigate insurance questions. Very detailed job done on cleaning. Great results with major dental work. Highly recommend.

Going on 5 years and my previous post still stands.
There have been new additions and they are just as pleasant and kind.

Since my family and I started coming here about 4 years ago it's been a pleasant experience each time. The hygienists, Dr. Ordonez and the front office (Ms. Lourdes) all are very thorough explaining any procedures to billing/insurance questions.
Before my first visit I informed them that I had high anxiety going to dentists in the past, due to awful experiences. When I came in, every person I encountered had showed me genuine warm compassion, which eased my anxiety greatly; to the point that it's manageable now.

Dr. O is such a talented and kind doctor. I am so grateful my family was referred to him by a friend. I should start by sharing that I grew up with a dentist that was scary as a kid (and would get frustrated with my pain or moving around and unfortunately I had a number of cavities). Dr. O couldn’t be more different from my very first dentist. Dr. O checks in multiple times during a procedure. He’s good at explaining what he is doing as he works on you (which I find so comforting). He is very personable and asks how to hear we are doing. The last two years I have been dealing with cancer and he’s been a good advisor on what to do, and when to reduce dental impacts due to chemo and always asks how I am going. Also we have a teenage son with a autism and Dr. O is so gentle with him and talks him through the procedure. Also, the dental hygienists that clean your teeth are kind, gentle and super thorough and women at the front desk are also so kind, collaborative and helpful. I think the fact that the environment is welcoming and I assume comes from the leadership of Dr. O. If you need a new dentist, this is a great place for you.

I need an appointment, for a capped tooth that fell out. It wasn’t causing any pain initially but now it is level 6 pain. I also have a sprained ankle sports injury.

Dr. Ordonez and staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, detail oriented, and professional. They ensure any concern is addressed, and always aim to make you feel as comfortable as possible. They always explain the procedure so you understand what is happening. Honestly the best dentist I've ever been to by far!!!!

I had some major repair work done involving crowns and veneers. Dr O and his team did a wonderful job and now I can smile again!,😃

We started our journey with Dr. Ordonez a couple of years ago and we can't be happier. He's not only very professional and have addressed our dental health in the right way, but also actually knows who we are and dedicate time to listen and talk with us. Our previous dentist kept asking our background after years and it was very disappointing. When you are looking for a health provider, you're not only looking for a doctor who knows what to do, you also need a professional who cares about you not only as a patient but as a person. We found that here. The whole staff is amazing and will make you feel welcome and in good hands every single visit.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ordonez for over five years. I was first introduced to Dr. Ordonez after I cracked a tooth. My wife had been a dental assistant prior to having our children and was very connected in the dental industry of Fairfield County. I asked her to find me the best dentist to fix my tooth and was referred to Dr. Ordonez. Since then, Dr. Ordonez has applied two dental crowns for me and it was a painless experience. He has an amazing chairside manner and has made me feel both informed about my dental health and comfortable in the approach.

Zedan is a terrific hygienist who keeps my teeth healthy and sparkling white.

Family and Cosmetic Dentistry of Wilton has been my family dentist since I was in middle school and I have no plans to go anywhere else. The staff feels like family, the facility is pristine, and my teeth are always clean 🤞. I can't give enough praise, I highly recommend this group to anyone looking for a local dentist office.
