Best Buy is so convenient. I walked in knowing what I wanted (found on website). I was immediately greeted and offered help. The gentleman knew exactly the laptop I was looking for and where it was located. Asked if there were any peripherals that I would need, I had forgotten that I did, thanks to him it was a one stop and done. He offered me further savings (by joining the loyalty program, and I did so). He wasn't pushy about it, didn't over sell it. Very pleased.

It is a great place to shop for all kinds of household goodies, and the employees were very helpful. They showed me the latest phones that are available right now, the things they can do are amazing!

Great customer service, especially from Luis who works for the Geek Squad. He help us with all our needs.

Impressive to hear the main tech help associate help each customer, stop acknowledge get a quick brief from other customers in line, and get back to finishing up with their current. Impressive management customer service skills on the fly.

Would like to see more 100% made in usa merchandise vs China etc. I'll go out of my way to buy sustainable products, lots of lost sales due to only seeking profit stores...

I when in looking to buy a labtop but was not sure what to get, I went in and asked one of the employees for help he was great at giving me information and he was great at making reccomendations that ended up saving money, I did not get his name but the guy who help me checked out said he was the store general manager.

I love electronics and Best buy is usually my go to when I decide to go big their little coverage options are awesome because growing up you kinda come to realize, things fall apart lol

Our printer became unresponsive so we quickly took it to the Geek Squad for emergency care. Sadly, the technician soon declared that it was gone. He gave us the choice of donating the remains to their recycling program or taking it home to ceremoniously bury it in the backyard. After saying our goodbyes, we opted to donate it.

Had to go back in to return a product, ended up getting something which fit our needs thanks to the professional help and employees of Best Buy.

Still the best place to buy a tv. They actually know how to help you load it and how to tie it down to get it home in one piece. Its way better than buying a TV with your groceries.

Amazing customer service. I recently purchased a modern touch screen device and backup camera for my 2012 Ram 2500 as well as some additional items. I live out of town so had to hang around the store for a few hours and during that time was assisted by some extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional employees. The install job on my pickup was completed flawlessly and the gentleman doing the install was just as knowledgable and helpful as the other employees.

My friend is building his first pc and I went in to spec out and price everything we will need. While looking around, Dustin came over to help. Dustin had a vast wealth of knowledge on computer parts, their compatibility, and the installation. I highly recommend that anyone building their own pc or simply wants to upgrade their pc speak to Dustin. His experience will be a huge help.

Dustin has gained a permanent customer today and Best Buy would do well to give him a raise and a position where he can further utilize his expertise.

We have very little knowledge of technology and he explained all the capabilities of every tablet they have and answered our many questions.
