The store was clean and neat and well organized. I always find it extremely difficult to find my size stores like this one. Most sizes have more inches around the waist then the inseam.

It was great place. The workers really need a uniform tho. Because one had on a tye dye t shirt, ugly pants, hair undone. I thought she was a homeless person.

Great layout. Beautiful clothing line. Wonderful selection of shoes and bedding. Great prices. Friendly staff. Full service hair salon with awesome products. The manager Pat was absolutely fantastic. I completely LOVE her! I definitely would recommend this store to friends and family if visiting the area.

Good selection's great deals and discounts. Love that they still carry broaches for holidays.. I will be repeatedly returning. Customer service is excellent too.

I got my hair cut today by one of the most enthusiastic and kindest woman I’ve ever experienced. Truly happy and very impressed with her. Unfortunately I did not catch her name, but I hope whoever goes here, gets her! She’s truly the best!

I just love the prices and quality of the merchandise, especially the clearance rack. Employees are friendly, professional, people orientated, they are there to help you. I definitely give this place s 5 star rating! And will recommend it to my friends as well.

I stop here every time I am in town. They have great selection, and always have a good sale going on. They used to have a great selection of mens clothing on clearance, but the women's and kids clearance seems to have grown to far outweigh the men's. Still worth checking!

I’d like to show my appreciation to Helena for her outstanding serves. I see her every time when I visit JCP store in Twin Falls. She is always busy and do all sorts of work: organized merchandises, check prices, gave some assailments to other team members, help customers at the registers or giving them advice. She always willing to help and do it with pleasant smile, quickly & professional. It looks like she is really enjoying work with people and be very knowable about store merchandises. I think she is a good asset to JCP store in Twin Falls.

This is another great, affordable, family friendly place to get anyone's hair done in the family. They have just the right stylist for everyone's needs. They always get me in last minute and match me well with a stylist to meet my hair needs, often coordinating 4 of us in for one afternoon. I can't express how grateful I am to have Jess, Kayla and the rest of the staff to help our family. Without these affordable options, we would all walk around looking like shaggy dogs. The color has always been on point along with the cuts. With these pictures, I asked for a subtle and natural looking change. I was put with the new stylist from down south and she was amazing too! I feel like the indoor lighting did no justice to how beautiful my hair came out looking!

Fran is my go to gal at the salon....I HIGHLY recommend her. She is super friendly, makes you feel comfortable and sends you out feeling beautiful. Go give her a try, you won't be sorry

Nice size range, good clearance prices, fashions with the latest styles. The quality of choices have very much improved, hope they stay open. Nice to still have a physical store to go to.

It was great. I haven't been to Penney's for years. The customer service was outstanding. I bout most of my things on an after Christmas sale. It was fun shopping. I'll definitely be back!!

Visited the salon. Excellent service from the receptionist to the hairdresser.Fran Maltby is a fantastic hairdresser. She ask questions as to how you want something done. When she uses products on your hair she explains astonished why and what they are for.

I needed a few polo shirts for work. Went to Ross, nothing. Ran by T.J. Maxx, tried on a couple things and didn't like anything.

Then went to JC Penney and found an abundance of shirts in the clearance area. I tried on 5 and bought 4 of them. Plus my wife found another pair of the compression shorts I like. And I only spent $67.

Great deals! Easy to find sizing for a toddler and adult male. Plenty of options. The store was clean too.

Was able to find 99% of the stuff I was looking for. The 1% isn't there fault as what I was looking for was an Easter dress 3t just 4 days before Easter. But was great experience
