I truly had the best experience at Orthodontics Ltd! I reached out to them as an adult for myself to request treatment for a bit of an alignment issue and to discuss solutions to an issue I had grinding my teeth at night. They set me up with Invisalign and it was so helpful! The Invisalign guards protect my teeth from cracking and ridges from growing during the night. The staff her is VERY helpful, kind and informative! All my appointments ran smoothly and were quick! Everyone is super respectful of your time! Dr. Schular is the absolute best!! Thank you all for making this so easy!!

Dr McShane is simply outstanding!! Our daughter was involved in an incident that knocked out her front tooth and we are from out of town. Through some amazing avenues, we were hooked up with Dr McShane. He met us at the office within minutes and fixed our daughter up in no time at all. He was so personable with her and eased her apprehension of being a 16 year old girl and worried very much about the end result. He inserted the tooth, applied braces and was just a class act. He even checked up on her the next morning! We are so thankful for him and highly recommend him for anybody looking!!

Great experience. My kiddo loves checking himself in on the computer and everyone we interacted with was great at easing his anxiety at every appointment.

All turned out fantastic. Staff was amazing and accommodating to our schedules. Payment plans were fair and manageable. What is it they say? Smiles Happen! Yes they do!!

My kids have been going here for a little over a year and in braces for 6 months. They were really helpful in preparing us for braces going on, explaining the financial commitment and helping us through the process. The staff is truly excellent with each person being nicer than the last person you met. That speaks well to the three orthodontists on staff that make such a great culture at the office. I highly recommend them.

This office is exceptional. Dr. McShane is wonderful, attentive, and particular to detail. The staff are extremely caring and very pleasant to be around, always ensuring to take care of your concerns and needs. Nicole assisted Dr. McShane today and was extremely helpful with explaining my treatment process. She has a great attitude and was such a positive light!

I have been coming here since I was about 45 years old, I'm 60 now. Love the friendliness of everyone here. My son had his braces done here and one granddaughter also.
My retainer was stold along with our luggage last Christmas and they made me a new one, FREE!!! How cool was that. Highly recommend this awesome group of people!

I have been visiting this office shy of a year. I am doing their young adult braces treatment. My experience thus far has been nothing short of exceptional. I started to notice my teeth shift after a month. The ambiance and aesthetics at this location are very modern and clean. Customer service is top notch. Every single time I visit there is always someone at the front desk greeting with a warm smile. Many businesses don’t realize how essential greeting is when it comes to customer service. However, orthodontics ltd, has it down packed. Overall, If anyone is looking for an orthodontist I recommend this office 10/10. This dental team takes pride in their work and pays close attention to detail. I’m not done with my treatment yet, but I’m confident I won’t leave the establishment unhappy with my smile.

Been going here since I was in the 5th grade, now a junior in college and they always find a way to fit me in with whatever my needs are. Super friendly staff and doctors!

All of my kids have been going here for a long time! Staff is so friendly and helpful. Dr. McShane is always wonderful and takes the time to explain what he did and what will happen at the next appointment. There have been times where my kids didn’t have an appointment and they squeezed them in right away to fix a pokey wire or whatever it may be. Not one complaint here!

My son is 8 and every time we are in to see the orthodontist everyone there is extremely friendly and they are very efficient. We are usually in and out in 30 minutes. Also a few times I had my 3 year old daughter with me and they gave her little toys and coloring books to help keep her busy. Highly recommend! Awesome staff!

I would highly recommend coming to this place for any orthodontic work needed! I had braces put on when I was younger and everyone was so nice. The staff is great and Dr Schuler is amazing and so kind. He was so helpful and made the whole experience better. I just had to go back to get a new permanent retainer put in and had just as wonderful of an experience again! Everyone is professional, helpful and so friendly here.

I have been to other orthodontists but this office is far beyond great in comparison. They listen to me and my child. There is barely ever a wait. They always have supplies and offer extras. Dr Mcshane is very nice and explains everything and what the "game plan" is. Would recommend this to anyone needing an orthodontist!

I cannot recommend Ortodontics LTD enough! Everyone there is so kind and their office is so welcoming. Jennifer was PHENOMENAL. she’s always so patient with my daughter and even when she’s feeling nervous, Jen does a really great job of talking her through everything that’s going on and makes her feel 1000x better. The entire experience here is 10/10. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Worth the drive! My last child got her braces off today, and I’m a little sad we won’t be coming back on a regular basis. Over the past 10 years, I have had 3 children go through stages of braces and retainers, and we have have never had a bad experience here. Everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming and understanding, and they make you feel more like family than a patient! (They even offer gentle grace to your children when they lose a retainer!)

This place is amazing! Such friendly staff and so informative! I would recommend it to anyone! My daughter really enjoys it too! They gave her a pop it and DQ gift cards for being a new patient! ❤

We have loved everything about our experience with Dr McShane. My daughter has needed the full work up (upper and lower expanders) and today she is getting her set of baby braces. She is pumped! Their staff is amazing and appointments always run on time. Most importantly what was once a very small mouth with no room for adult teeth has now grown into the shape needed to avoid future dental procedures.
