Essential Pilates is an excellent studio. Paul and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and the studio itself has excellent equipment and is immaculate. I've taken Pilates with several outstanding instructors in the past and Essential Pilates is the best!

This is the best pilates studio I've found in the area. The teachers are highly trained and offer great attention to technique and detail. The studio has restructured itself and implemented strict measures in response to the covid pandemic. It is the only fitness studio I am comfortable in during the pandemic.

Paul’s attention to detail is what sets him apart. As well as his personalization of each exercise for his clients!
