If we could rate Todd higher than the 5 star maximum, my wife and I absolutely would. Todd is the only real estate agent we've used, for both an apartment in 2014 and then again for our first home purchase in October 2022, and we recommend him to all our family/friends. Todd helped us search for homes for well over a year, and throughout the entire crazy 2021-2022 home price and mortgage rate fluctuations, and he literally could not have been more helpful. He never gave up on us, even when we needed to take breaks and struggled to figure what was the best property type and location for us. Couldn't have had a more positive experience with Todd in buying our first home. Communication is key when buying/selling a home. Todd was on top of things, exceptionally responsive, and everyday we knew where we were at in the process. We explained what we were looking for and he provided like properties. We saw homes 30mins from where he lives on multiple occasions and he made himself available. He offered perspective on pricing and provided comps so we could make fully informed offers/decisions. Todd worked with my wife and I in our search for a home in New Canaan and Norwalk. We really enjoyed his easy-going, zero pressure approach to home buying, even in a crazy seller's market. Todd is experienced and very knowledgeable about the area and about home ownership and home renovation generally. He happily answered dozens of questions via email/text, gave us driving tours of various towns and of course accompanied us to see many different houses. His opinions are always backed by evidence and experience and you never feel like he's trying to make the decision for you. As he told us, "Home buying is supposed to be fun!" Although it was a rough experience for us buying in such a low inventory environment we really appreciate Todd's attitude and customer service throughout the time we worked with him. We'd also like to give praise to Ryan Panny who also showed us several houses during the weekends. Ryan shares the same local knowledge paired with a friendly, zero pressure attitude.

Todd assisted in the short sale of my late mother's house, which was fully underwater as the result of a matured reverse mortgage. Todd was indispensable in seeing this through, as it was necessary to work with government agencies that were not always available, and not overly supportive to the process. It was only due to Todd's perseverance that this sale was completed to the utmost satisfaction of all parties, thus avoiding foreclosure and its related challenges/issues. I would not for a moment hesitate to retain Todd for any real estate related transaction; he is fully knowledgeable, proactive, and the utmost professional in every respect. In absence of Todd, I highly doubt my transaction would have been successfully completed. It was a pleasure working with Todd on this sale.

We always felt Todd was in our corner, giving us real, objective advice. Never got the sense his incentives were misaligned with ours. Extremely responsive and professional. We probably saw way too many homes over a multiyear period, but never got the sense from Todd we were wasting his time.
