So if you want to take something special alcohol just come here and talk wherever you want it it's very great the liquor store is the best in Norwalk

My first time shopping here was last Friday. I was extremely impressed. They have everything you need/want. Nice folks - helpful and friendly. Great customer service and competitive pricing. One of my purchases was a Macallan Rare Cask Single Malt for my husband. He can’t wait to check out the plethora of other scotches they have in stock. I’m sure he will enjoy checking out their vast wine selection, as well.

Extremely unhelpful while trying to place a same day pickup order over the phone for what would have been an over $200 purchase - I was directed to the website, which was acceptable but there were no same day pickups available. So, when I called back and explained my very unique situation I would have expected a better level of customer service and some offer to help solve a problem but instead I was given stock, short, and extremely unhelpful response. I will not spend my money here ever again just out of pure principle that they clearly do not care about their customers. This is my first ever google review because I am not one to complain, but this just left a very sour taste in my mouth that I thought needed to be shared.

Just got kicked out for not wearing a mask. It’s their policy, cool, I just won’t spend my money at a place that’s going to force me to do something like that. No one believes those rags work anyways. Plenty of places that will accept your business without bothering you spend your money there.
