My wife and I are from Australia and in early 2022 decided to purchase a holiday home in Connecticut. We came across Charlie's Youtube site whilst researching the Fairfield County area.
I was impressed with the amount of information provided by Charlie on his Youtube and Web sites. We reached out to him and first met via Zoom. From the very beginning, we felt as if nothing was a problem and no question was too trivial.

He took 3 seperate videos of the property for us (the first one was 45 mins). He provided endless contacts for designers, landscapers, financiers and a long list of service providers. All of this was done with no guarantee of securing the sale. We always felt that Charlie was genuinely happy to help us and that we were his only client. There were so many things he did for us that we didn't expect. I am in the service industry and I use Charlie as an example to my own staff, as how to engage with our clients.
