1st time working with this local company, and was pleasantly surprised! Called them at 0819 yesterday a.m. and had a return call by 0822 by Shawn. Explained my problem and Shawn said he could be there within 1.5hrs, arrived timely @ 0930. There seemed to be a pretty decent clog, as Shawn explained the time frame of 3-4hrs to have resolved, quoted me a rate and said he could do it "right now". By 1pm he was cleaning up and did exactly as he explained, keeping me advised throughout the entire repair. Absolutely fantastic service!!! Would highly recommend Shawn's services to family and friends anytime!!

The best company to call for fast emergency service!
They have been around since the sixties and are friendly and fair
priced.We used their military discount for payment.

We called this company for some pipe leaks in the cellar.
A friendly sounding service person returned our call in 30 minutes and was at our door
11/2 hr later as the leakage was pretty bad.
We called because my father had also used and recommended them.
Job was completed in a couple hours with good looking new pipes.
We have used other in the past but were very disapointed to say the least!
Thanks for helping us out and being reasonably priced.

Called this company for an urgent water leak in my cellar. Response was fast and friendly. Overall very satisfied and would call again. I can’t say that about the other large companies we have hired in the past.

Our house is a Ledger Starr home in th Presidential section of Enfield.
Well,time has passed since we purchased it new and some of the drain pipes
got clogged and were leaking.We looked online for Dick Wages who originally installed the plumbing systems in these homes.
We also had used them during the years without a problem or hassle.
So we called and they were at the door in 2 hrs!
Problem fixed! Reasonable charges!

We have used this company several time and have been satisfied with the quality workmanship and their prices.

Very good experience...showed up on time, honored quote even though job ran over time predicted, cleaned up nicely and price was reasonable...very friendly and patient..

I did not hire them Way too expensive

I had an appointment at 11am on 12-30. At about 11:45 I called to get an ETA, but no one answered and the mailbox was full.
I continued to wait until 1pm, calling periodically. The mailbox remained full, no one showed up, no one called me.

This is a rental property and I do not live there. The tenant had to work, so I took the day off of work and drove an hour for this appointment.

What a waste of my time. I do not recommend this company.

Ill start with the positive, they were able to come out on the same day. Besides that, they are outrageously priced. The service call was $139 for them to tell me I need a new faucet (about 5 minutes of work). Then to replace the faucet was $700 because they only install commercial grade. That was the only option. I understanding wanting to install commercial grade equipment, but there are always options, but not here. They would not negotiate with the price either. I found another service to install a very nice new faucet and adjust the pipes for $250 total. Basically i threw $139 down the drain with this company. They seem more for businesses and not personal homes.
