Kirstyn and Sage were amazing to work with. We got my daughter her first new car, a Subaru Impreza. They let me take it to a Subaru dealer to do a full inspection. The piece of mind I gained from putting my daughter in a safe car, is priceless. The entire process was joyful. Unlike any car buying experience I’ve had. Both Kirstyn and Sage were patient with my 1000 questions. When I brought my daughter to see her car, before we even bought it, they had put the car in the sold parking spot with a giant “sold” tag with her name on it. Seriously, I’m coming back here when it’s time to replace my car!

Haggle free pricing , decent cars, great amount of choice. But you might end up not finding the one you have shortlisted, reason being they get sold fast.
I bought a 2013 nissan altima for a very decent price. ( Altimas are priced very competitively)
For sure i would recommend to every one who is in the market looking for used cars.

Came in today to buy a new car and Kirstyn and Mel were so lovely to work with! They were extremely helpful and made our experience so easy and breezy.

I loved the staff at this Carite. I went in not knowing what I was doing and ended up comparing cars in their lot in no time. I was left to my own devices which made my experience fun and relaxing. Hopped in a few choices. Left that day with my heart set on a new car. Thank you for making the experience so easy!

Everyone there was very Welcoming. I met with Ashley and Sage, who were eager to answer my questions, making sure I Understood the Information I was given and made the car buying experience go very Smoothly.
And when I had a Minor Issue with vehicle, I took it in and it was taken care of with No Problem.

I needed a car, reasonable low mileage in good condition. The employees at the Windsor Locks Carite are just fabulous. Kirstyn, Mel and Tony, were so easier to work with , to find the car that I wanted. Now the first car I selected, did not work out, however with no issues at all, These three reps made it happen, without it costing me a penny more and I ended up with the car I really wanted.
The exchange was so easy, and they are so pleasant and helpful. I cannot say enough, I bought my Honda Civic there, and lasted me a long time.. Now I have my Nissan Sentra and I am a very happy customer. Buying online is just not for me. And Car Salesmen are not for me. Thank you three so much. I truly appreciate it all you did for me.

Just bought a new Hyundai and it was by far the best experience buying a car I have ever had. Mel was the first person to call me and answer my questions. Kirstyn text me to get the ball rolling with basic documents. They were wonderful. Sage took over and answered all my questions throughout the week, got my documents and did a lot of legwork behind the scenes. He was funny and a pleasure to deal with at the dealership. Mel and Kirstyn we're also there and were super accommodating. Yosh did all the work to get the car ready to go. He and Mel even drove the car to deliver it to my house. Very rare anyone leaves a lengthy positive review these days. But this really was such a positive experience and the people I dealt with at carite deserve the credit for that. Thank you guys. Much appreciated.

This place is amazing. I have never purchased a car before and had no idea what I was doing. The two lovely ladies up front, Kirstyn and Mel were very kind and assited me with my paperwork and test drives. Sage was a real delight. He helped me choose not only the best deal but was very patient and I'm glad I was able to purchase my first car with them. 10/10 service. 5 Stars for everyone in that place.

Had an overall pleasant car buying experience here. I am someone who generally hates the car sales bs, and as such, usually thinks of buying a car as a necessary evil. I think the difference here is that no one is trying to “put you in a car today”. I like the no pressure sales model. They do not get a commission and operate as a team to answer your questions and guide you through the process. Melody, Kirsten, and Shane were all friendly and helpful with discussing the numbers upfront and processing my trade in. Sage made the financing setup and insurance transfer simple and straightforward. Thank you all for your help and for a very positive transaction.

AWESOME experience and dealership. The booking coordinator Melody was helpful from the beginning of the process through the final purchase. She provided accurate information and was very diligent about returning calls. My phone interactions with her convinced me to make the 75 mile drive to the dealership. The owner Shane was extremely helpful and friendly.

This was my favorite car-buying experience ever (and I'm nearly 50)! Kirstyn, Melody and everyone else were great from first contact to driving away with my new car. We drove 90 minutes from Central MA and it was absolutely worth it!

After buying more than a dozen cars, you can't find an easier experience than CARite with Kirstyn R., Melody, and Sage. The Windsor Locks location is easy and laid back, and the quality of cars is excellent. Great communication throughout the buying process and the delivery was as expected. HIGHLY RECCOMEND for purchasing a solid and good quality used vehicle.

I wanted to get into a lower milage car to avoid future costly repairs. I also did not want to be locked into a car payment for a long time. I found a 2014 VW Jetta TDI on autotrader that was at Carite and it was the perfect vehicle for what I was looking for - fully loaded vehicle, low milage, and at a really good price.

The buying experience was excellent and my interactions with the staff were above and beyond. Shane, Kristyn, and Sage were extremlely helpful, friendly, and hospitable and there was no pressure from them. There were 2 minor issues with the car prior to the sale and they were fixed with no issues.

I love the hands off approach at Carite. There's no pressure, and no bargaining, just fair deals and plenty of options. Sage made the paperwork a breeze. My kids were disappointed to leave the free snacks and game so soon. My car needed a minor repair when my mechanic checked it out and Mel and Kirstyn were absolutely great in helping me resolve the issue quickly, and easily. I was able to have everything done immediately at my mechanic's shop and it didn't cost me a penny or a cause me any worry. We've purchased two cars from Carite already and it will be the first place I look for my next vehicle.

All week I was dealing with money hungry dealerships! This was a breath of fresh air customer service was awesome. When I arrived after a 2 hour ride. My vehicle was out front and detailed! I was helped by kirstyn who was very nice and very fast with all the paperwork no pushing or trying to squeeze me for more money.
