Food was excellent. Everything is made to order! The owner was very friendly and had a great attitude! Things like these just make your food taste better and improve your experience overall.

The food is cooked perfectly and taste's awesome. I got the brownie shake and it was delicious. The new management has truly turned it around. The staff is very friendly, the place is clean and spotless. It has become my personal favorite.

I would recommend this place for good food with reasonable prices, this place deserves every star.

I love to eat but can be a very picky eater. Once I find a restaurant that I enjoy , I tend to go there consistently. Anytime I go to Wayback the food is delicious! They cook it correctly every time and the staff are so friendly clean & welcoming !
They are Very professional and timely responsive. I have no complaints ! “ see you on the way back” !! :)

I am a true foody. I eat everywhere. I’m blown away at how amazing the food is. Their chicken tenders are hands down the best chicken I’ve ever had. Seasoned to perfection. Juicy white meat in every bite. Crunchy on the outside melt in your mouth soft on the inside. I don’t think I’ve ever been this satisfied in my life ordering out. And the customer service was top notch. From bottom to top they do a phenomenal job. Highly recommend. I’ll be going back at least once a week my self. Very impressive. Oh and the milkshakes.. bomb!

The food is served hot and delicious. We ordered chicken BLT with Cajun tater tots, which are awesome. The Cinnamon toast crunch shake is so good. The staff are friendly and the place is well maintained. They also have vegetarian options. Suggest this place for anyone who is looking for tasty food with a good atmosphere.

The service was phenomenal, TJ and his crew on a Friday lunch rush was unbelievably fast and very efficient. One thing I loved was the chicken tenders they offer, it was very juicy on the inside yet crunchy on the outside. Guys, if you haven’t tried the fried pickles yet, I highly recommended getting them. Overall 10/10 for everything. I know I’ll be going back AT LEAST twice a month.

My family and I eat here often but today I felt compelled to leave a review. We’ve always had a positive experience here but today the employees went above and beyond with their service - they’re so attentive and genuine. Whoever was working today and the manager present deserve the recognition. The food is always good but the service is also important - keep it up. This is what keeps people coming back to your establishment! The only other burger/sandwich chain in Fairfield that is similar in service or quality is Chick-fil-A but Wayback is worlds better than any of the others, definitely recommend over Shake Shack, Five Guys, etc. Will continue coming back.

This place is the best! I could tell right away it was under new ownership as the restaurant was spotlessly clean, the team seemed genuinely happy, and the food was so fresh and hot! I really appreciate they served us with a cheerful smile even though we came in right at closing time. The funnel cake sticks and Cajun tater tots are like tasting a piece of heaven itself. If you haven’t been there in a while, definitely make the trip — totally new place with a new owner and it is like night and day.

I haven't been to the Norwalk location in years but the new owners have really turned it around. First off the service was some of the best I have ever had at any food establishment, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Next the cleanliness of the location, it was spotless and finally the food was fast and fresh. If you haven't been to this location in a while I highly recommend giving it another chance.

I dined in about 2 months ago and the experience in general was not to my liking at all. Came back to try it again i heard it was under new ownership. This new team is efficient, very clean, and once again, i have my favorite burger joint!(: The food we spectacular (and order was correct) and the fellas working created a friendly experience! Cant wait to be back and try out the fried chicken Buffalo sandwich!

Extremely well made food, the people who work here are also attentive and provide a great atmosphere. Compliments to the chef because I have enjoyed every meal I’ve had here since coming here a month or two ago.

I’ve never written a review before but after the service I just had I felt it was needed, the staff were amazing, extremely easy to talk to and just had an overall great vibe about them. Considering I walked in just before closing and just expected to get my food and leave, I was pleasantly surprised

I hadn’t been here in a while, but I’m glad I came back. The food is so good, and the service is so much better than I remember. The restaurant is very clean, organized and inviting. I opted to eat my chicken tenders and tater tots in the restaurant, and I will definitely be back again very soon!

My buddy told me they had knew ownership at my local wayback burgers so I figured I’d stop by to check it out, and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the atmosphere is very hospitable. 100% gonna make Wayback a regular food spot for myself!

The food here is amazing!! i come all the way from danbury just because of the quality of their food. Norwalk wayback is my favorite wayback. everything from food to service is amazing and the workers are always exiting and respectful!

Went there a while back and the service and management was TERRIBLE. I decided to give it one more shot after a buddy told me about the national burger day promo and was beyond surprised. It was busy but they still got the job done ! I’ll definitely be back. The place really made a come back !
